Excellent customer service

My experience buying a car from ANDY MOHR FORD IN PLAINFIELD Indiana was excellent. My salesman name was Hector I would suggest him to anybody going to buy a vehicle. Hector listened to me and treated me very well. I was needing a used car and I had already had two bad experiences trying to purchase a car. I went into his office and he asked me what kind of car I was looking for my deposit amount and if I had a trade and most important what I could afford. Hector was able to sell me the car I wanted for the payment amount I needed and gave me the best car buying experience anybody would want.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. My sales person Andy Bartlett was extremely helpful and personable. The service department was extremely slow, which can be frustrating, considering you are already there for a long period due to financing; however, Andy made sure during this time he was very hands on and kept checking on us and our vehicle. Andy is what made the overall experience a "10" and why I would continue to purchase with Andy Mohr.

The best car or truck dealership

The only place i would purchase a vechike is Andy Mohr and the only salesman is William Worth. He is awesome, thank you William.

New truck purchase, 3/6/2015 at Andy Mohr Ford.

2015 F-350 Crew cab, Diesel. The service was excellent. Our customer service rep, Chris Slagle, went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and located the truck we were looking for at another dealer and brought it to Andy Mohr. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Very satisfied

We purchased our Escape 6 months ago and I had my 5000 mile service completed. Service was all that anyone could expect it to be. I have no regrets.
