Buying a new Focus

I am extremely happy with my experience at Andy Mohr, especially after visiting other Ford dealerships where I had a less than dismal experience. Michelle Everroad was wonderful, as was David the manager. I got an awesome deal on a car I've wanted for a long time! Definitely would recommend Andy Mohr Plainfield!!

Completely Amazed with Andy Mohr

I can honestly say that I'm beyond pleased with Andy Mohr and the staff who had a part in making my experience enjoyable and successful. I had explained to Howard Bowen that I had 2 terrible encounters with Ray Skillman and their unwillingness to help me get into a new car. I had a vehicle that I had severe negative equity in, and was told by Skillman that I was "unlendable" in any banks eyes because of my credit history and the amount of negative equity I had. Their finance manager told me "your best option is to let your current car get repossessed, file for bankruptcy, and buy a new car after the bankruptcy is discharged". I work a full time job, and not having a car could cost me my job. After this encounter, I had given up hope on getting a new car. I had no idea what to do because I was stuck in a loan I couldn't get out of and a vehicle that was getting older and needing work done every time I turned around. My fiance's mother purchased a car from your dealership and encouraged me to try something there, "it couldn't hurt", she said. I looked online and browsed for a little while and put in an inquiry on a car and immediately was contacted by Jessica Keith. She was able to answer questions that I had and communicated with me on a level far more superior than anyone at Skillman. As I was nervous and afraid to go through this process, she was the starting point for me to relax and let whatever was going to happen, happen. When arriving to the dealership, I was introduced to Howard Bowen and was met with kindness, compassion and a will for wanting to help me. And that's exactly what he did. With the help of Howard, Jessica, Dave Davis and Babu, I was able to get a new car. In addition, I got to keep my car that I was willing to trade in. And in the long wrong, that helped me too as my fiance needs a car so he can get back and forth to work also. It was a tremendous learning process for me. I got into a car that I NEEDED and WANTED. The patience and helpfulness of these employees made my experience memorable. I'm a mustang person, but I've been assured that a mustang is just a few years away for me. And I'm completely okay with that. And when I'm ready for that mustang, I'll be back.

Great service team

I had another xx engine light on so took it in to be serviced for my Fors Escape. The coils had to be replaced for this reason as there was.a bulletin from Ford on this matter. Staff was very courteous and helpfulness.

Top notch service

I came in to get my oil changed on my 2015 Ford Fusion. This was my first time dealing with the guys in the service area. They were very helpful and attentive. I will definately recommend Andy Mohr Ford to my family and friends for any car needs they may have.

Good to work with.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. I appreciated the time the salesman took to show me the car's many features and to explain in detail the differences in the two cars I was reviewing. The 0% interest financing is an awesome deal. The staff was very friendly and respectful. I did find the Ford website to be misleading with the estimated monthly payments but the salesman was able to provide me with the answers I needed to negotiate a good purchase.
