My wife totaled our 2018 Ford Explorer (not her fault). Parsons had her in a replacement 2018 Ford Explorer with 90K less miles for a good price. The whole process (including test drive) took about 2 hours. Ask for Dave Wilt, he'll treat your right! Thanks guys.

I contacted them asking if they were interested in purchasing my van. I told them I wasn't looking to trade or buy. I gave them my vehicle details. They told me they were interested in buying it so my husband and I drove it there. Only to be told that they don't want it. First it was too old, then it has too many miles(it has WAY below average) then it was they wouldn't be able to warranty it. Really? It was a bait and switch. They told me they were interested and when I got there they were only interested in it if I was looking to buy something and then they would trade it. So they lied just to get me there to try and sell me something I already told them I didn't want. Don't waste your time with this dealer. Unethical at best.....

Quiverful6, We are very sorry you feel we wasted your time. I am not sure who told you we wanted your 2007 van with 140000 miles but We did offer you a couple thousand dollars and you insisted it was worth A LOT more. I don't know how ethics play apart in values of vans but just like we suggested last night, try other third party buying agents to see if there is value which we may have missed. Nice try. I messaged your dealership through your website. The lady who responded took note of the vehicle details, said she was asking her team if they're interested in buying. She came back and told me yes and to bring it in. Lies right from the start. When I got there, you were only interested in it if I was wanting to trade it in and buy something else, which I said from the very beginning I didn't want. You off handedly offered $2k, because you know you could flip it for more. Ethics does come into play when you're lying to people to get them in your dealership to try and sell them something they already said they didn't want.
My salesman was not as engaged as I would have liked in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. I needed to prod him to email other dealers who had the type of vehicle I wanted. Communication was lacking in keeping me updated on availability of vehicles from other dealers. Salesman did not inform me that he had a personal engagement scheduled and would not be unavailable the day I wanted to pick up the new vehicle. A few days after picking up vehicle, I texted salesman asking if he could order me some accessories through the parts department. He said he would but found out through the parts department that no order was placed. On another issue, the dealership is dirty and does not seem to be organized well.

I brought my 2012 Explorer XLT for The Works: oil change, tire rotation, check breaks, battery, fluids, etc. I was surprised that nothing was said about my tires are in the early stages of dry rot. My paper work indicated I needed a new air filter, yet there was no mention of that either. It certainly would have been nice for the service tech to have mention this or even to install a repace air filter. Heck, I'm a 76 year old widow... I'm not even sure where the air filter is! I bought my Explorer NEW at Kent Parsons Ford Martinsburg, I return to Kent Parsons for service and or problems. Not as happy of a camper as I could have been.

I used the Ford app to schedule the appointment for the first time and had no problem. I arrived a few minutes ahead of my appointment they were able to check me in and complete the oil change and tire rotation in less than 45 minutes while I waited.
