I found Craig’s because a new Tacoma deal at another dealership fell through (they sold it the evening before I was supposed buy it). Craig’s had the same Tacoma so I went to them. I am so glad I found Craig’s, everyone I came in contact with were straight shooters Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. I have never had such a straight forward with no hidden engenda’s easy sincere transaction with any other dealership. I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. I work hard for my money and I want to like who I do business with. I’ll not be going to any other dealerships because I appreciate the no “xx” attitude and kindness I get from Craig’s. I can’t express how much I enjoyed buying doing business with Rodney Tarter, Tim Breston and Andy Craig. This is the way it should be. I feel very lucky I found Craig’s and am so glad I have found a dealership that I trust and want to do business with. Never liked any other dealership before I found Craig’s. Just wish I’d found them 18 years ago when I bought my first Tacoma. Bert Garriott happy customer.

Drove 2 hours with a $15000 down payment and left with nothing... stayed in communication with The salesman, and was told the truck was sold a “couple minutes” before I got there. I guess I kinda get it but still find it extremely insulting. Thanks for wasting my time Jacob and Craig Toyota!! Will be going in the morning to cancel the certified check with your name on it.

This was the best car buying experience we ever had! Bill Sullivan was super to work with. Had to do a little work to put the deal together, but he got it done! Bought an extremely nice used Nissan, and couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Bill if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed! Unfortunately, my experience with Craig Toyota, specifically Andy Craig, was very unpleasant. I purchased a used car from them last week, and they had covered up all mechanical issues. The vehicle had to unfortunately be towed and was determined it needed a brand new motor (costing up to $9k in additional costs). I reached out to them to see if there was anything they could possibly help with, considering the reviews said they were great and willing to work with their customers and hold their family name. I was informed that Andy Craig himself would reach out to me directly. The vehicle is solely in my name and I signed all documents (also signed “sold as is”). Andy did not call me but rather responded to my spouse and was very rude and hung up on him. This was very frustrating to me as the vehicle does not belong to my spouse. I called and was transferred to Andy Craig, whom answered and rather than speaking professionally with me, stated my spouse threatened legal action and he could not discuss with me. I attempted to speak and inform him that the vehicle did not belong to him so there was nothing he could possibly do and I wanted to speak with him professionally about the matter. Rather than allowing me to speak, he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the receptionist whom relayed the same to Andy and he refused to speak with me. Being a business professional myself, this was an extremely unprofessional situation and broke a lot of legality issues as they released information regarding the vehicle to someone that did not even own it. While I wish I did not have to write this review, I wanted to inform others of my unfortunate situation and to I ensure that, if they do decide to buy a used vehicle from Craig Toyota, they will not have to go through the same scam. While businesses strive to present themselves as “family-owned” and great service, please know that Craig Toyota does not hold up to their values. They disguised huge mechanical issues and failed to even provide any form of advice, discounted repair service, recommendations, etc. I personally will never use Craig Toyota again and I hope this review provides others with the same intentions.

I want anyone who reads this review to know that great service and kindness still exists. My experience with Craig Toyota has made me want to use this dealership as my only choice in future services as well as recommendations to others when they are looking for their next Toyota. The staff, Tim Williams, Dave Tingle and others, not only went above and beyond in assisting me in finding my next vehicle, but also creating a life long customer. The kindness and consideration given was nothing short of wonderful. Great service and kindness actually does exist in the car industry, and that is a rarity in itself. I highly recommend this dealership for anything one may need for their vehicle, or if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. The staff goes above and beyond what is expected as well as professional. This dealership is now my only choice for my car. Check them out, you will be very pleased.

Looked on-line at all brands. Stopped in at Craig to look at unit. Sales team was straight up with numbers. No sales gimmicks or numbers problems. Just a quote with the right numbers. Called in and picked it up the next day. All staff were top notch and I had no "..been slicked" feeling when i left.. I recommend this dealer if you're ready to buy. my 02.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received when purchasing our Toyota Rav 4. Tim W. treated us wonderfully and fielded many of our questions and phone calls with professional ease. The gentleman who worked with us on our financing was very pleasant and informative. We have since given many referrals to Craig Toyota. :) We have had also had the opportunity to experience the service as well. We had opted to have some itmes added onto the Rav4 and were more than pleased with the service we received there as well.

I found the car online that I liked and began my car buying process there. From that point forward everyone was knowledgeable and easy to deal with making the whole process a pleasureable experience.
