Review title of 2017 Ford Fusion Sport

Had initially had confusion with regards to repair,but once the service director (Richard Hendrix)got involved things got straightened out.Was very satisfied with end result.

Ford Explorer

I still have the same problem but they can?t do nothing unless it does it when they have it. But they won?t take it home a drive it for a while.

Prince Frederick Ford good service

Project Manger

This is the second vehicle, I have purchased from PF Ford. Ordered a F250 Super Duty with a diesel engine, after they looked to fine one in the area I would like. Great folks. Easy to work with. No pressure to buy. Both times we left, on the ride home the wife and I said that was a great experience no stress.

2016 Ford Explorer 60K Checkup

As always, the staff are very professional, courteous and informative. Easy to drop off vehicle. Staff called back to provide status on vehicle servicing and professional recommendations/options for a rear brake job. Glad to have the Prince Frederick team to work with. Bravo Zulu!

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience at Prince Frederick Ford. Every single person there was very nice and attentive, especially our sales person, John. I love my new car and wouldn?t change a thing...oh yes, except for wearing a mask! That part I don?t like but it must be done! John is the best!
