Prince Frederick Ford is always on time. in addition to addressing whatever issue brought my Mustang Mach E into the shop, they give me an overall assessment of how the car is doing. They don’t wait for when the checks are due, but let you know what they see when they see it. I’ve never had a surprise charge either.
