Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership lied to us multiple times throughout the process in almost on every aspect of the deal. THEY CHANGED THE PRICE OF OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT AFTER THE PAPERWORK WAS SIGNED. We had to come back down and do more paperwork because of there mistake and pay more per month than we were initially told. The salesman, the finance personnel and the managers were useless. They then called me again about a week later and said that they had screwed up again and needed me to come back down to do the numbers again or we could just take our car back and give them the car we bought back. This was the day my child was being born and I told them they could do that and a lawyer would definitely be getting involved. The salesman told me they were going to cover the difference and he was personally going to pay for some of the mistake. This was another total lie and they were trying to change the deal again. We also had wheels swapped out to a finished black wheel from another vehicle that the salesman suggested we do. When we finally received the vehicle with the new wheels the tire pressure sensors didn't work and we took the vehicle down three different times to have them worked on and the sensors would stop working again a few miles down the road. After the third time they told us we needed to talk to the sales department again and the salesman after about a month and a half of barely replying to us and saying someone would call us back and ignoring us said his new sales manager would call me. The new sales manager was as useless as the previous help that we received from the entire jeff wyler lawrenceburg team and told me that there was nothing that he could do to help me and that the deal was to have the different rims put on not that they operated correctly. Wow, Absolute garbage of a dealership. I have previously bought three other vehicles from this location, one was when it was still Kidd Dodge. I don't know if the fire burnt up all integrity and commitment to customers or if they are just out to screw everyone as much as they can but DO NOT BUY a vehicle from here. If you are a lawyer that is reading this and think you can help me there are alot more details that would take to much time to put in this review but there is some serious fraudulent activity going on down there please reach out to me...Again DONT BUY FROM JEFF WYLER LAWRENCEBURG!!!

I got on KBB to see what the value on my current vehicle is. They have a purchase option and I clicked on it and filled out the information honestly. Within 30 minutes I received an offer from Jeff Wyler. When I brought the car in I was told it would take about 15 minutes, over an hour later I was given an offer that was almost half of what was sent to me. I was hoping that this was one of those rare honest dealerships. It is not.

During our appraisal, out expert appraiser detected an issue with the vehicle switching out of hybrid mode, which can be an indicator of several potential mechanical concerns that would need to be addressed if we were to purchase the vehicle. This directly impacted the final offer presented. We also apologize for the longer-than-expected wait time. On the day of your visit, we were experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of guests, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Our management team has made several attempts to reach out to you directly to discuss this matter further, but we have not yet heard back. We are truly sorry that we were unable to come to an agreement and that you left feeling disappointed. Providing a transparent and respectful experience is always our goal. We would like to thanks our salesman Randy Byrd for helping us find the Ram truck with the options and price we were looking for. He went the extra mile and was very responsive even after hours. Our only complaint is the truck wasn’t detailed upon delivery. I guess that’s a sign of the times because other dealers don’t do it anymore either.

Excellent customer service from my sales rep Randy Byrd. He went above and beyond to try and find the perfect car for me. He timely answered all my many questions and concerns, and was very accommodating with a 24 hour test drive. Unfortunately I went another direction, so I can't rate the full buying experience.
