I would caution others to avoid this dealership. They added a $5,000 markup to a Mustang and sold me a warranty plan for $3,000, which was supposed to cover up to 100,000 miles. When I brought the vehicle in for an inspection due to a noise, I was informed that I would be charged a fee simply for the diagnostic—regardless of whether an issue was found. The explanation provided was that the diagnostic fee would later be applied toward any repair costs, but the requirement to pay upfront for an inspection under an active warranty was unexpected. I brought the vehicle in for a wheel bearing concern. Despite the part itself costing approximately $100 with a quick google search, the process became unnecessarily complicated. Given these experiences, I no longer feel confident relying on this dealership and will be handling future maintenance myself. It is also worth noting that the dealership appears to respond only to positive feedback, which speaks to their overall LACK commitment to customer service.

Bought a 15 year old BMW 428i that was a trade in with low miles. Super clean and excellent price. Sales agent was friendly, chill, and reasonably knowledgable (for a non Ford make). Test drive process was smooth. The finance guy was great - did his magic to get the numbers we wanted. Only complaint is the paperwork took a bit too long but that's a minor complaint. The car did have a minor issue the next day but they quickly took it back and got it all sorted out, no charge. Overall a very smooth and positive buying experience. This is the 2nd used car we've bought from this dealer, multiple years apart and the experience was the same. You can trust these guys. Highly recommend.

Angel was a huge help with the purchase of my 2023 Dodge Charger! Angel ensure that all the paperwork was ready so that when I got to the dealership, I spent very little time there signing. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Car buying is stressful for me (l don?t go through many vehicles) but Alejandro, the internet sales manager, is very good at making things happen without issue. Same with Kyle in finance. It?s easy to see that this Family run business has a great team and environment.

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE.. I brought a car here and weeks after engine went bad I call the warranty it took more than 1 year for them to approve the repairs and I still have to pay 4 thousand I finally sold the car because I didn't want to deal with it anymore and when I'm trying to cancel my warranty the Finance team ignore my calls Only when they need your money they treat you so nice and answer at all times but when you call to let them know about canceling a contrac they start ignoring you calls and only send you to voice mail

Wife and I visited Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood to get a Mustang Mach E. We pointed to a few areas of noticable past damage and respray not listed in the carfax. The associate "can't do much more" other than acknowledge the issue. The issues were minor enough that we decided to move forward. Yet a day after the car was in posession, the car leaked water from the rear hatch. Repeated emails and calls to the sales associate went silent. We took the car to Walnut Creek Ford thinking it was a TSB related issue and turns out the trunk area was improperly repaired and parts were broken. Regardless of the condition of the vehicle - the after sales of Bill Brandt and Kole our sales associate are absolutely horrid. Do not recommend.

Amazing experience, non pressure, calm, respectful and it didn’t take all day. Angel and Leon were both great. We have bought a few cars so we speak from experience this was not a typical car buying process. We never felt they were trying to over sell us things, they listened and took great care of what we wanted.

Very pleasant, the staff made buying my new truck very easy. I got great value on my trade. Especially pleased with all of the safety features such as lane assist and adaptive cruise control. Anti theft features give peace of mind. Absolutely love my new F150!

I recommend reading the reviews of the last year (I wish I had). These people are the lowest xxxx I've ever seen. Go to any other dealer, even if you have to drive. These crooks are terrible people that will screw you any way they can. They all talk about each other, and their own people told us to walk and that they wouldn't buy from them themselves. Hopefully, the owner (Bill) wakes up and takes a hard look at what is happening at his dealership before the people running it destroy his business. Jesús was bad enough, telling me to get lost over honoring the website’s pricing of $300 difference, (and in the process breaking the law), as well as refusing to provide a customer their options through FMC, even after multiple requests, because they were just too busy, but they could find the time once I arrived after driving 8 hours. They still never did. So I had a check in hand when I got there, and still had to sit in a chair for three hours while they tried to queue their appointments. The car wasn't even washed/detailed when I got there. I had to wait another hour to have them bring it back from across the street scratched to xxxx. I have to say, that's a first. I was then erroneously charged $9,500 for in-state taxes when I needed a one-way permit to drive back to another state. This is after asking the salesmen to make sure he mentioned it to the finance manager. But nothing tops that snake oil salesman, Raúl. He is a terrible human being, and anyone who’s given a chance on the sales floor will gladly tell you the same about him any chance they get. Raúl told me after driving with my family of 5 kids and a pregnant wife, this car isn't for you. Simply because I asked for compensation to fix the damages. Their internal estimate was $500 for each of the four rims they scratched to xxxx, plus around $2,000 for paint correction to fix the damage done when they simply wiped the car that was covered in dirt and dust with a wet rag. He said he would rather pay more to fix the car and eat it than sell it to a customer who drove from out of state. Raùl even told the finance manager he was not allowed to call or attempt to contact anyone above him, and he would rather deal with the repercussions of what he did than allow upper management to find out and help. Hopefully it was still worth it when everything unfolds. To top it off. Not a word from upper management. No reach out, no apology, nothing. This isn't even scratching the surface of what transpired. More to come when I'm legally able to tell my full story once the investigations have concluded. For anyone being sold a White 2025 Ford Expedition Max, don't buy it without requesting the repair orders. The car was heavily damaged and will have had extensive body work repairs done prior to driving off of the lot for the first time.

We had a great experience buying from here. This was our 3rd vehicle purchased from Bill Brandt Ford. We have no complaints. Leon was especially helpful.
