I wanted to take a moment to share what an exceptional

I wanted to take a moment to share what an exceptional experience I had at Witten Brothers of Ashland when purchasing my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Sport S 4x4 and to specifically recognize Ray Waters. From start to finish, Ray made the process seamless. He was patient, thoughtful, and never once applied pressure—he simply focused on answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. What truly stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. He stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of and took extra time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. I told him it wasn’t necessary given how long he had already been there, but he insisted, which I genuinely appreciated. There was also a moment that spoke volumes about his character—his daughter stopped by to bring him dinner, and seeing their interaction made it clear that he is not only a dedicated professional but also a wonderful father and family man. Ray represents your dealership extremely well. He is exactly the kind of person customers hope to work with—honest, kind, and focused on doing right by the customer. My husband and I have been to several dealerships in our time, we both highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland. When purchasing a vehicle you can become completely overwhelmed. The team made our purchase smooth and pleasurable. Our salesman Ross was completely knowledgeable and explained all down to every minute detail. He made our experience easy and fun. When getting down to the complicating finance part of our deal, Nick made us feel comfortable without any pressure. Our financing down to the explanation of our warranty was so simplified. When bringing our truck back for ceramic coating, we were met with wonderful service team. Our experience was so good, the team is in search of another vehicle for us.

I have been to a lot of dealers in VA and MD.

I have been to a lot of dealers in VA and MD. Ray is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy but followed up in a manner that kept me engaged. I have never been more informed on a car or felt better during the "tire kicking" phase than with Ray. I came in about an hour before close and was able to have all my questions answered and was able to do a test drive. I personally will not work with anyone else unless he retires. Also, everyone at the dealer was helpful and happy. Most dealerships everyone looks depressed and that they don't want to be there. Not this one. They also had a great selection and Ray made sure to set my expectation on pricing and put me in the car that worked for me. Other dealers have you test drive their most expensive options. Ray asked me about my needs. He even memorized my phone number #amazing skill. Thank you, Ray, and Thank you to your team!

Ms. McCarthey found the perfect used Pacific required by

Ms. McCarthey found the perfect used Pacific required by my husband and me. She showed all the unfamiliar features and how to work them. Our old van didn’t have such features as back up and lane guides. Really impressed with her car knowledge and all personal attention she gave. Wish I had the words to show my appreciation.
