Brought my 2024 Corvette in for inspection & oil change
Brought my 2024 Corvette in for inspection & oil change with only 2,500 miles. I was advised that there was a transmission problem and that they would have to keep the car, possibly to replace the transmission. Needless to say, I was very surprised and disappointed in this news. However, the service advisor Jeff Burton and client advisor were really terrific and got me into a rental car. The bottom line is that the transmission in this new car had to be replaced. I understand there is some sort of service bulletin just for this type of situation. Jeff, a few days later, set up a brief meeting between the mechanic (Vince) and I to discuss what was happening. This was something I greatly appreciated because Vince thoroughly explained what was going on and I left feeling more comfortable, confident, and assured my car was in good hands. About 2 weeks later (most of the time just waiting for the transmission) I picked up my car. Jeff made sure it had also been washed and detailed for me. I sincerely appreciated the personalized quality service. Thank you. This was my very first visit to this dealership since I was looking for a dealership who could take good care of my Vette. I'll definitely be bringing it back. I love my Chevrolet Corvette, and these folks will take very good care of it.

The sales process and service were awful. Nobody seemed concerned that the truck broke down twice in four months! The salesman was great! Nobody else seemed to care about anything.

Very good experience but not quite up to the standard we
Very good experience but not quite up to the standard we are used to when servicing our BMW at Crown BMW of Richmond. They always clean our car when it is serviced, inside and out.

Oil Change - OK Noise when starting off from a stand
Oil Change - OK Noise when starting off from a stand still ! A groan or quick squeak when starting off ! Sometimes this will happen after driving the vehicle for a while ! My guess is ! And I am not a mechanic ! Is in the brake system ! I do not use the emergency brake ! Makes this noise always when vehicle is cold or is parked overnight !

Fast paced environment.
Fast paced environment. I think the sales people, including sales managers, can be a little pushy. Lacks a personal feel and human touch. I don't favor large dealerships, however, they had the better price for my situation.

Great service! Fast and efficient - wait was minimal. Service Rep very courteous and accommodating - we were on a tight schedule and he took care of us with no problem.
