I had the pleasure of working with BRANDON DELANO at Whitten Brothers Mazda, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Brandon took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, showed me exactly what I wanted, and thoughtfully pointed out features that added real value to an already great vehicle—without ever being pushy or manipulative. What I appreciated most was his low-pressure, HONEST APPROACH. Brandon worked closely with the finance department to find the perfect fit for my budget, and the process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly stress-free. That level of professionalism is rare in car sales. Brandon is kind, considerate, and follows up in a timely manner. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more AWESOME SALESPERSON. I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman.

I had a very good experience with JB as my salesman. He took time to listen to what my needs were. He encouraged me to drive the cars I had researched and suggested cars that I had not considered, but that might fit my needs. In the end, I chose a CX5 which I had not originally looked at.
