Tire and TPMS Sensor Repalcement

Another fine job done by Lloyd, Joe and the Hyundai service team when I went in for a new tire and sensor replacement.

Watch your financing!!!

We were very specific about our credit situation. I’ve worked in finance before and ANYONE who has ever worked in vehicle finance would realize some places won’t finance past a certain percentage of the car’s value. Yet somehow, even after specific instructions not to send our credit certain places, we still get denials 3 weeks later stating insufficient collateral from places we specifically stated our deal should not be sent. These guys are ruining your credit and you have 0 say so apparently. This was even acknowledged by our sales person!!!!!!!

Repair on company vehicle.

Had no problem scheduling service and repairs to be done on vehicle, would have been nice if Duncan Hyundai offered a loaner vehicle since I was over an hour away, had to get someone to pick me up and then bring me back when my vehicle was repaired.

Excellent service

Took my vehicle in for AC service and a wheel noise. Everything was diagnosed and they were in constant contact regarding the issues and others they discovered. They got the repairs approved through Cost Guard and everything was completed.

Duncan Forever!

We really cannot say enough good things about our experience. Sadly, we had our engine seize and thought that we faced a huge repair bill. When I called I was informed that the engine replacement would be done under warranty. What a relief! The service department took care of the rest. How cannot we be not so impressed with both Hyundai and Duncan motors.

Great service on a busy day!

On Wednesday 17th, Dunxan Hyundai Service Dept was having unexpected car repairs showing up. However, my service was handled on time and accurately. This is the best managed service dept I've ever experienced and it will influence me to stay with another Hyundai when I'm ready to trade!
