2019 Hyundai Kona

This was the first car I've ever purchased that was both new and from a dealership. The staff was extremely understanding and helpful in regards to finding something that would fit my needs not as a car-head but someone who simply needed something for the back-and-forth work commute. I don't plan on getting another car anytime soon, but when I eventually do; I would definitely consider this dealership again if not only to purchase but at least contact one of the useful salespersons for a quote.

Exceptional!!

The Service Staff at Duncan Hyundai is phenomenal! I recently had my 2012 Elantra serviced at Duncan. Joe called me with all the details for the repair, had the multiple repairs completed earlier than I expected, and the dealership works so well together. James Watty, who is not a service advisor, processed my payment for repairs at 7:45 p.m., well after all the service staff had left. The flexibility this dealership provides in picking up you serviced car is awesome! I currently own three cars I have purchased from Duncan Hyundai and look forward to making my next purchase with this exceptional dealership. As a matter of fact, all six vehicles I currently own I have purchased from a Duncan dealership. The Duncan dealerships provide an amazing experience to buy, trade, and service a vehicle.

Easy buying process

I went to the dealership and managed to reach an amicable number. I had to work over the weekend but they processed all my paperwork during that time so I only spent about 45 minutes there on the actual purchase day. Very easy buying experience

Exceptional Service as usual

I have never been disappointed in the Service Dept at Hyundai led by Loyd Sowder. It's easy to get an appointment and the service is quick and thorough. I always am satisfied with Duncan Hyundai.

Great sales and service, highly recommend

I purchased several vehicles from Duncan and have always been pleased with the experience. This vehicle was for my daughter so I was looking in the "bargain aisle". Duncan gives a 30 day 3 month warranty on most of their bargain cars and some, like the one I bought, came with a 12 month 12 thousand mile warranty. The salesperson and service manager was happy to discuss the vehicles and in the end I purchased the service manager's best recommendation, great vehicle for under 5k. Top notch service and sales Duncan!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I ALWAYS, ALWAYS GET SUCH KIND AND FRIENDLY SERVICE WHEN I COME IN. MY APPOINTMENT WAS EASY TO SET UP ON THE EXACT DAY AND TIME I NEEDED. MY JEEP WAS READY IN NO TIME AND I WAS ON MY WAY! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
