my first brand new car "Hyundai Santa Fe

I bought my 2009 Hyundai in August of 2009. I am satisfied with the service I have received. Had a couple of questions at first but got things taken care of.

New Leaf for Good

I had been to several other dealers and no one would even take the time to even see if they could help me, when I told them of my credit issues. Then I was sent to Mark Faith by another dealership. When I got there I was greeted by a warm staff and was sent to Mark Faith. He was a God send to me as I had bad credit and no down payment He went to his mgr. and they found a way to get me into a new car this blew my mind because all I was expecting was to be turned down again. Thanks to Mark and the mgr. I left happier than I have been in a long time this is a new page in my life that has been hard to get going they just put the icing on the cake. Thank you for all you done.

Easy Peasy

Buying my car from Jim Johnson with the help of Mike Melton was my best car buying experience to date. It was fast and efficient. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and determined to help me get the most for my money. He went out of his way to do a great job. I couldn't be happier with my 2013 Altima. Beautiful!

Horrible Job Repairing Car After Car Wreck

I bought my car at Jim Johnson brand new. SO when I was hit from behind, of coarse I took it to the dealership to be repaired, thinking it would be repaired by the best. I was WRONG. I have been back 5 times to date for additional fixes. 1st time my front bumper clip broke, it happens so I took it back wasn't upset. They were nice. 2nd time took it back same thing, 3rd time I was babysitting and realiized they left my seat belts in the trunk, 4th time my air bag light came on, took it in they re-set it said it was fine, 5th time they have had my car over a week again over the air bag sensor once again. I would have appreciated some sincerity, a apology anything. Gas is expensive and I have had to borrow my father in laws truck. I have had to get up an hour earlier and take my daughter to school an hour earliier as well. HUGE inconvenience.I wish I had never taken it here to be fixed. I work at FOL and tell everyone NOT to take your car here to be repaired. Good place to buy a car and that's where it ends.

Service beyond expectations... again!

We recently purchased our 3rd Hyundai from Ralph at Jim Johnson's. Took it in for a minor adjustment. Jamison (Service Manager) and his crew had us in and out in under 15 minutes. Hardly enough time to enjoy the complementary cappuccino! Thanks to all at Jim Johnson. /s/ J & K

Maybe im wrong?

My name is Val. In the past i always bought Chevy.(Camero, cavalier and one Ford Mustang) i was always happy with my cars. I needed a new car, so my husband and i did our research. we came up with Nissan. I picked out a 2012 Sentra at Jim Johnson in Bowling Green Ky., Samie our Salesperson was Great. I was happy cause i drive about 100miles( back and forth to work) great gas miles. During my regular checkups for my car, mecanic told me battery was weak, got not replaced... Dont worry!! i was told. its good now ,maybe when it gets colder it wont start...then tell us. I had a oil leak from the start.took it twice to the dealer, by the 2. time it got fixed cause my husband talked to the person in charge. Today i had a leak in my tire. Called the dealer, they told me to come to Bowling Green, thats a 35min drive, when i got there. Service Manager told me that this is not their responsebility, so they sent me with my flat tire to Firestone. i will refuse to ever go back to Jim Johnson Dealership, cause everytime i feel like i get treated like a dummie. ( by the way im from Germany, but been in the USA for almost 26 years). of right now, If i could i would give my Sentra back.
