Horrible customer service Hello, I would like to speak to the dealership. No, Crain Kia is not number 1. I have had a horrible experience with them from giving me lemon car to a loaner car that had dog hair all in it and made my child sick

They agreed to pay off my car, I mentioned I had a payment being processed, they assured me I would be reimbursed that money but they waited til it processed then paid off my car, I lost that $430.

Long and painful story short. They are borderline crooks and will lie straight to your face. Give you the run around. They will sell you a lemon and even other crain dealerships will tell you that they don't get vehicles from this location. The service department will tell you nothing is wrong with your vehicle and as you are leaving with it it will breakdown. Try to tell you that you don't have a warranty that you just bought. The list goes on and on, and this is all within 4 days of purchasing a car from them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I went into the dealership with pre-approval from Capital one. To my surprise, I was asked to unlock all three of my credit reports. I got dinged on each one of my credit reports. This was not good. I looked 2017 and just mentioned the 2015. No prices were mentioned during the test drive. When I returned test driving, I was told to have a seat. I was then asked to come outside that I would be happy. I went outside to see the black 2015 all washed and ready for me to test drive it. I drove it and returned to the dealership. I had to wait again. This time the finance manager presented me with a $26,000 deal on a 2015 used vehicle. (another surprise. I rejected the deal. I was then told to wait, let him get the key for me to take it with me. I said no and started to leave. I was then asked to put some money on it because someone else was looking at it? I said, if they have what it takes, sell it to them.

No stars. I was quick talked into buying a car I could not afford. We didn’t even to test drive it. The sales person told us he would “help us out”. He used wit, flattery, telling my daughter she was cute and would like to set her up with his son and so much more. He twisted what we said. I had even told him we weren’t interested in buying a car, then he followed us outside any way where I told him we didn’t want to waste his time because I just brought my other car in to be serviced. My daughter said I am 18 and don’t have license or even a permit. He said if you have an ID I can sell you a car. He continued to push. Before we knew what happened we had a car that based on our income we could not afford. Crain KIA OF Sherwood showed us where the stereotype of Used car salesmen comes from.

David Spillers was a huge help in the shopping process. He has great follow up on getting you the information you need and makes sure his customers are taken care of. If you’re shopping at Crain, make sure to ask for him!

David Spillers is a man on every level, no bs and loyal, respectful and makes u feel like a friend instead of a paycheck. Spillers is only one i trust and only reason I go back. When he leaves I will go with him

I came into the Sherwood location today (4/25/19). I was told a yr ago that my car was fixed with shrapnel in the air bags. Never was fixed and my family is riding dangerous. Tried to speak with the GM David he wanted to hear nothing. When I told him I would post my compliant to Facebook he got angry and said to me to leave and my car was fixed, I contacted corporate and he was still rude by telling me to hush and get out of the building. I never got heated. Crain Kia needs to be held accountable for the people they put in high positions. The GM cares more about money than the safety of their customers!!!!

David Spillers was an outstanding salesman and believes in service after the sale as well! Highly recommend David on your visit, no hassle, no pressure and definitely all around great experience. whatever your needs are go to mr Spillers first, he will help you no matter what the problem is. Our family loves his ability to connect and create friendships with my hard head family lol. I’ll shop wherever this man works for sure!
