Great sales, great service
My 2015 Kia Souls check engine light started flashing, brought her to Crain Kia where I bought her! Service Department was exceptional, needed some type of upgrade! She is back to running perfectly and looks great due to the wash the gave her! All of this at no charge to me! Thanks to Jerald Robinson (best car salesman in the world) for keeping me company and giving me updates on my car! I would not buy a car anywhere else, best salesman, best service department! They are an awesome dealership!

My wife and I decided to stop by and look at the new K5.
My wife and I decided to stop by and look at the new K5. The first salesman we dealt with was a class act guy (leaving name out for his sake). We asked the price of the car and was told $37,500. We decided to go get her car from home for a trade value. When we returned an hour later, our original salesman was sent to another store to take another vehicle. Jerry Short took over which is over our salesman until he returned. We told him which car we were there for. Come to find out he was working a internet deal on the same car. Which is fine, I get it. But it seemed like he was annoyed by us. Now comes the lies. He gave us a trade value that was close but before we got the trade value he told us the price of the K5 was 2k more than we were originally told. When I told him we were told $37,500 he asked where we got that price. I told him from our first salesman. He got flustered and said he can't give prices which I found ironic. Then I pulled it up on there web page and it showed $37,500. Then out first salesman got back and Jerry pulled him out of earshot but I could tell he was reaming our salesman out for telling us the true price. Do not deal with Jerry Short. He lied to us twice and took it out on someone that was doing there job. Also treated us like we were a nuisance.

I wanted to order a new Kia Telluride.
I wanted to order a new Kia Telluride. When I received the order information they had marked up the MSRP by a little over $10,000. Which is roughly a 25% markup....outrageous. I found another dealership that was willing to sell me the same exact car for less than a $1000 markup over MSRP (or a less than 3% markup). Crain is out to gouge people...not even sure how its legal to do this...gas stations get in trouble for doing this sort of stuff.

I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry to Crain Kia in Sherwood for a Oil change, The Service Department Greeted me as i entered and made me feel welcomed. The Service people did a Excellent Job on my oil change.

I took my car to sherwood crain kia because it had over...
I took my car to sherwood crain kia because it had over 100,000 miles. Well according to Andrew an inspection was done on my car. The first sign of they didn't know what they were when Andrew stated that my car needed spark plugs cabin air filter, another kind of air filter and fuel deduction and brakes. Now in that list of things that needed to be taken care of never once did Andrew say that my Cadillac Coverter was clogged. I call Andrew.back yesterday around 2ish and he didn't answer. I called Andrew back at approximately 3:29 and Andrew had me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back to the telephone and stated that he was helping another customer and would be with me soon. I eventually hung up and I waited for approximately 10 minutes and called Aandrew back and he didn't answer. I then called the main number and Treasure answered and informed Andrew that I was on the telephone and he informed Treasure to tell me that he would call me back within the hour. I then asked Treasure if there was someone else that I could speK with because I was still in Little Rock trying to get back home to Pine Bluff. Treasure asked if I could hold on and she would see if she could gi d him. Treasure then came back and k formed me that Andrew stated that my car would not be ready until 9/172021. Ok so now I'm stranded in Little Rock because i was told that my car would not be ready. Ok so I called Andrew on 9/17/2021 @ 8:21 and Andrew stated that one of his inspectors was looking at my car and noticed that the Cadillac Coverter was smoking not a lot but he could tell it was smoking. I then stated how could he have jnspected my car and not seen that heat kind if inspector is that. Ok now mind you that when Andrew stated that my brakes needed to be done I informed him that I would have my brakes done by Brake and Drum in Pine Bluff he then St s Ted well whst about your brake fluids and I stated to Andrew that when they do my brakes they will change the fluid. K so yesterday j asked Andrew how much it would cost for everything to be done except my brakes because he had not said anything about the Cadillac Coverter. The price Andrew gave Mr was $980,00 for the service and parts plus taxes it should be $1,100.00. Me not knowing anything about a car I said yes to everything except anything to do with my brakes. Again yodsy when I spoke with Andrew he stated thT my brake fluid had been changed and I stayed that I informed him not to touch my brakes. It appears that they have over charged me or parts and services and then just did what they wanted to do to my car but didn't do what needed to be don. The service from Sherwood Crian Kia's service Department was HORRIBLE. IT APPEARS THAT THEIR NOT GETTING MUCH BUSSINESS SO THEY ARE OVER CHARGING YOU FOR SERVICES. The spark plugs cost 123.00 a cabin air filter cost 15.00, air filter cost 22.00, a fuel deduction cost between $145, or $171.00, and the fluids all together cost 150.00 now mind you these are the prices you would pay retail. A car dealer ship pays under 200.00 for all of these items. So, I said all of that to say DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SHERWOOD CRAIN KIA BECAUSE IT IS A RIP OFF AND THE CUSTOMER SEFVICE IS VERY DISTASTEFU, POOR, INADEQUATE, UNSATISFACTORY, AND LOW-GRADE

This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with. I...
This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them. Online they said the jeep had a backup camera, auto start and didn't state any problems. Turns out there is no backup camera, needed an oil change, auto start didn't work, needed all 4 tires replaced, AC didn't work, when I turned on the bright lights it shut off all lights in the vehicle, and only 1 daytime running light worked. In the first 2 weeks of owning it, we had the jeep for 3 days only. The rest of the time it was in their shop. They told us multiple lies about the status, and had us come up there 3 times, which is a 2 hr round trip, for no reason. The service manager told us the jeep was ready, we made a trip up there and he locked the keys in his office when he left for the day. They refused to call him in to get the keys. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Worse experience ever

Emailed about a car. Got a quick phone call and I...
Emailed about a car. Got a quick phone call and I requested additional information and better pictures. No response. Emailed again and got some blurry text pictures. Asked for better pictures via email and text. Zero response. A few more emails asking for more information with zero response. This is all to the E-Commerce Director.... This dealership needs to really work on electronic sales. Lost a sale from me for sure.
