used car sales are predatory in nature they low ball you on your trade in and then when you get another price on your trade in, they match it they waste your time find another place to buy a used MCB it's a game with them and the administrative fee is $899 and I asked what it's for, didn't get an answer. where else would you drop $900 and not know what you paid for?

My 2023 EQS 450+ lease was ending. I wanted to stay with electric or plug in hybrid. My RBM salesman, Eric Koenigsberg, explored all the options for a 2026 Mercedes and I chose the EQS 400 SUV. I’m very pleased with it.

I recently purchased a CPO AMG GLC 43 4Matic from RBM of Atlanta and was assisted by Trevor Young and Darren Scholle. This was the absolute best buying experience I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. Trevor took the time to listen and understand what was really important to me, and gave me plenty of time to explore the other options on my list. And when the time came to put a deal together, the dealership was more than reasonable. I came away feeling like I was treated well and like I got a great deal, which I did. Plus, the after-sale care has been outstanding as well. Highly recommend these folks -- you can't go wrong!

My experience with the finance team at RBM of Atlanta, Inc. Mercedes Benz was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After clearly discussing and agreeing on which bank my credit would be run through, Casey, the finance representative, ran my credit with a completely different bank without my consent. When it came back declined, no explanation was provided. Instead, I was immediately pressured to put more money down, despite having a 720 credit score. Casey then attempted to run my credit a second time after I clearly stated no. When David, the sales manager, came out, there was no empathy or attempt to resolve the issue. The conversation started with, “Well, you did fill out the credit application,” implying that gives them permission to run credit wherever they choose. That expectation was never discussed or disclosed. Casey was rude, dismissive, and unable to explain why any of this occurred. As a Mercedes owner, I expected transparency and professionalism. Instead, the finance department completely damaged what should have been a premium buying experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a GLE 53 AMG from Don Bonura at RBM of Atlanta. Don was knowledgeable, professional, and arranged for excellent finance terms. This was the most seamless buying process we've ever experienced and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was with Darren Scholle. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like more than just a customer—he truly cared about finding the right car for me. He listened to what I needed, was patient with all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. What really impressed me was how far he went to make the whole process stress-free. He concistently communicated, and made sure I understood every step. I custom built my dream GLC and he helped me find the best options within my budget. Cee got me quickly financed, and was also very friendly and helpful. Before I left, I got a very extensive, thorough training on every button on my console by the sweet young lady at the front desk. (Her name slips my memory at the moment) Darren even followed up a few days afterward to check that I was happy. That kind of genuine care is rare these days, and it meant so much. Thanks to him, I didn’t just drive away with a car—I drove away feeling valued and supported. If you’re looking for someone who really goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Darren Scholle.
