Shakeira (sorry if I misspelled it) did a wonderful job on getting me through the process of getting me into a brand new Silverado, It is my very first car with 10 miles on it. She went above and beyond to fit me into the category that best suited my financial situation. Great work through and through with entire dealership. Chris in finance you did a fantastic service for me as well.

This will probably be my last American car I purchase, especially from this dealer. When I bought the car, I questioned the low mileage. Given a story that their customers love dealing with them. Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty. 2015 Buick Encore, lemon. It took 5 weeks to get my car back, warranty company would not do the repairs recommended by the dealer, and only authorized the minimum. Two weeks later, check engine light is back on.

This will probably be my last American car I purchase, especially from this dealer. When I bought the car, I questioned the low mileage. Given a story that their customers love dealing with them. I’m writing this as someone who sat there and witnessed everything firsthand, and it was a complete waste of our time. I went with my husband and son while they tried to buy a 2025 Chevy Colorado work truck. What should have been a quick, easy purchase turned into nearly two hours of waiting with very little progress and constant back-and-forth. From where I was sitting, the whole process felt disorganized and frustrating. Information kept changing, and there was no clear explanation of what was actually going on. The focus stayed on monthly payments instead of clearly explaining the full details, and nothing about the experience felt transparent. What was most surprising is that even after we explained that we are small business owners in Walton County, that we want to support local businesses, and that we’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on service here over the years, it honestly felt like it made no difference at all. There was no urgency, no added effort, and no concern for our time. We were very clear that we planned to share our experience, and even that seemed to be met with indifference. As someone simply observing, it was obvious this wasn’t a one-off issue with one person. It felt like a bigger problem with how things are run. What should have been an exciting and straightforward moment ended up being exhausting and disappointing. After witnessing this firsthand, I would not recommend doing business here.

Poor and inaccurate representation of used truck they sold us. Said the vehicle had many computer safety options that it does have. Contacted dealer and they said it was a used 2024 truck sold As is. Further, they gave us two RAM key FOBs and only one was the correct FOB. We told them of their mistake and all they said was oh well. Sales person was not informed or was with malice in mid-representing the truck.

Not sure if it was malice deception or just misinformed sales people. When we called them they said we bought a used truck As is! Further, they gave us two key FOBs but one was in envelope and when we got home it was not the FOD for the vehicle we bought. There had been effort by this dealer to make us whole. Very poor!!! Do not go there.

Shakers was waiting for us in the area and watched us look at a few trucks before approaching us. She worked with us and found the perfect truck for our needs which was to tow a very large Travel Trailer . Her pick which was the 2025 High Country 1500 Silverado Truck was absolutely perfect. She is an excellent salesperson. Juan handled the financial process with great care And made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly Explained everything to me. And then there was Cynthia. She was absolutely Wonderful and and so knowledgeable. If I had to been asked to out down a number that matched my experience with these 3 people, I Would have to put 110%. You ave a fantastic team at the Loganville, GA location And I am so thankful this was the location I went to.
