Basic PM service

I left my SUV for a oil change, tire rotation & rebalance. The staff was very helpful & friendly. My friends have these services done at other dealers due to a discounted or free car wash.

Great service & a clean & friendly facility

I was traveling from WA state to FL when I developed car problems. I pulled into a gas station and there was a Toyota employee there and I asked him where the Ford dealership was he directed me to you. I went into the service center and was greeted by Mike Goodman who immediately got my car into have a service tech. start working on it. When it was determined the problem they told me the parts would have to be ordered and they would be in the next day. Mike had a courtesy driver take me to the motel. The next day Mike called and said the courtesy driver was on his way to pick me up the car was ready to go. Everyone involved was very courteous & pleasant. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

Great service clean and comfortable.

I had to have somethings done to my car and I needed an oil change. They took the car next door for the oil change while I waited. The wait time was less than they originally had predicted.

The Works oil change

I don't know the gentleman name at the Quicklane shop, but he was great and extremely professional. There was a problem with the WiFi, The facility or Ford needs to fix that ASAP!!

Very Satisifed With Legacy Ford In McDOnough, GA

As always, we were very pleased with the service work which was done at Legacy Ford. Our Service Advisor, Scott Driver was very helpful. His expertise and can-do attitude helped us get the services we needed done in a very time effective manner. He provided excellent information on all repairs and upon his recommendation we purchased an extended service plan for our Ford Expedition.
