Good Car Buying Experience! Service, not so much
Made an appointment for an oil change. When I got there, no one greeted me or asked if they could help me. I walked around to find someone sitting at their desk. Told me it would be 45-minutes; in fact it took an hour and 45 minutes! No one came to give me an update or apologize for the long wait. Upon check out there was nothing said about the status of my car or what was done during the oil change; ie: fluid top off, battery check, etc. I left, drove less than 2-miles down the road and my low tire light came on. I was in heavy work traffic, so going back was not an option. I stopped at the nearest tire dealership who checked my tire pressures and said they were all off. Now, the tire light is still on, yet my tires are ok. What happened during the oil change? Is this a way to get me back in there at additional expense? This has happened before, but not at this dealership.

My overall experience that AutoNation was awesome. My sales Lady Mary Monroe was on top of everything, making sure I had everything I needed. She was encouraging and comforting letting me know that she'll be with me through the whole process and she was. The overall staff was just warm and inviting almost like a family.

The customer service is always great. My truck got an oil change and was suppose to get a maintenance check up and an inspection. The inspection was not done because the previous sticker in the car was done in error by the Tx motor vehicles office, the actual inspection sticker in the truck was for a different car and owner however all the paper work was on hand showing the inspection done for the ford 450. Also they did not top off the diesel fluid it was still reading low when I got back home. I was not happy this to round with the quality of service.

Great service
My truck was having transmission problems and needed a oil change. The service advisor didn't think they could get to the transmission but they did get it in and repaired.
