AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth

My truck was taken in for a simple factory recall, and hasn't been the same since. It sounds like a jet, going in a drive thru is out of the question. Auto Nation Ford South left trash under my hood, and after I told them anout the problem they created, they promised me they fixed it, and the manager told me to give them a 5 star review while they wait on the phone prior to picking up my vehicle. He said " I fixed the problem, Give us a 5 star review, I will wait on the phone". My truck now leaks/Sounds like a Jet/Rumbles and has a hard time getting up to speed. The manager told me, "the new part we put in will have to get use to your driving and then your truck will pick up speed like it use to". Avoid this place, Please Please

I cannot recommend this dealership—and specifically Chris Rodriguez—highly enough. If I could give this experience six stars, I would. I was originally looking to purchase a truck locally in California, but after interacting with Chris, I decided to take a chance on a 2024 F-250 all the way from Texas because it was in better condition. Buying a vehicle from out of state adds a lot of "what-ifs" and logistical complications, but Chris is the sole reason this sale happened. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive to every question and concern I had, never leaving me in the dark. He had the paperwork buttoned up perfectly and managed to get the truck shipped out in astonishingly short time. He did exactly what he said he would do, every step of the way. What really impressed me was how he handled the curveballs. We faced some significant challenges, including a compressed timeframe from start to finish, plus a major headache at the 11th hour when the local AutoNation dealership on my end somehow managed to lose my check, which complicated the entire process. Despite those setbacks, Chris made the experience as easy as possible and kept everything on track. If only every car-buying experience could be this seamless and professional. Couldn't be more pleased overall.
