Where do I start...they didn't rotate my tires as I specifically asked. Then the excuse was a nail in tire that couldn't be patched. Not true! The nail was in the thick part of my mud tires. Never punctured the tire. The only communication I received was a quote for $822 to rotate and balance. I said no to that. Still was under the impression I was getting my current tires rotated. Then when I asked about it. I was told it was the tred depth. My tires have 20k miles on them. So that made no sense. But, on top of that the service didn't even air the tire to level. I tool a picture of my dash when I received my truck. Also the oil life gauge wasn't reset to 100% Attention to detail and lack of communication played a roll in my dissatisfaction. Im not one to complain. And I normally can let things pass. But I scheduled this service and now I'm going to have to have my tires rotated else where. Not happy! FYI last time I was there i received a wash also. Not sure about that either. Just don't think I will be going back. Ive had 6 Fords and worked for Ford for 5 years I know this system. And I will be xxxxxx, at my guys for lacking to communicate something so simple.

I do not recommend this shop to work on older vehicles I took my 2001 up there to get repaired and they claimed they fixed it but did not do the inspection when repairs were done I got 3 miles from the dealership and all the dash lights came on and it started to over heat there is no way they test drove it to check if repairs were good I’ve gave them a lot of money and I feel like they took advantage of me they said I need to call the gm but he don’t answer the phone or has not returned my calls please do your self a favor and go to another shop

Mike Barrow was great. Our experience with him and Auto Nation went like clock work. I called ahead and got an odp, they stuck to it for the most part. Seems like all dealerships tack on some bogus expensive add-ons, but Auto Nation in Burleson wasn't terrible. They honored their price. Can't say enough food about our salesman Mike. Highly recommend him

Friendly, helpful staff (Eder and Kevin) had me in the door, and off the lot in my new (to me) 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 in less than 3 hours. It was a pleasure working with both of them.

Service was over 3 weeks to schedule, and the service was not performed. Stated no issues to address at this time. Also, registration of my new purchase took 90 days to receive.
