The staff here is amazing. They were always patient and kind, and worked really hard to get us into the truck we wanted at the PRICE we wanted. They even stayed after hours for us to be able to come pick our new truck up. Not one time did they act as if it was an inconvenience to stay late for us. The location is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and they will bust their behinds to get you what you’re looking for. I have never been more impressed by a team at any dealership. I would prefer to make the 2.5 hour drive to purchase from them, than to work with the usual rigmarole I have faced at my local dealerships. These guys are amazing. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

My name is Mrs Perez, I came to the service department at Niles Maxwell in Taylor. I had a problem with my headlight and I kept getting so many different prices. So I came back to get a diagnostic on what's really going on with my headlight. I came across a gentleman by the name of Percy, Oh my gosh this man was sent from heaven. He took care of my car it took a few hours because they found the problem. But they needed to order the part. I called late that afternoon to find out where my car. I was told by Percy that's a car only needs a fuse. I was like are you serious? I was told no problems Mrs. Perez we will take care of you at no charge. I was like oh my goodness. I could not believe that I was at a dealership getting this type of service on my car. This was the best experience I've ever had as a woman going into a dealership in the service department. Wow now I've sold cars for 17 years and oh my goodness I must say they are teaching the service department and their sales people how to conduct proper business with honesty and integrity. Had nice experience in buying a gently used van. Employees very congenial - kind words of welcome from those on the sales floor. Employee Mike Laws helped us royally from the get-go. All employees who helped us started by extending a handshake, a smile and his name. Manager Lance Gremillion explained the process of why and where our money would be used to get us the van we wanted. Jose Reyna explained and walked us through what all was available to us for keeping our van in the best way possible with the add-ons we chose to keep the van in the best running condition. Mike saw that the van was cleaned, gassed up and ready for us to drive off their lot. We would definitely recommend Nyle Maxwell dealership in Taylor, Texas!!

Everyone was super personable. The manager was willing to make a deal so we could stay within our budget. The car salesman understood we had a time crunch so he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. The finance man was knowledgeable and awesome.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Seth Kennedy at Nyle Maxwell CDJR in the past 18 months. Since I live over 100 miles from the dealership I worked both deals on-line and over the phone with Seth including my trade-ins. When I arrived my new car was waiting for me and ready to go.

Did not understand the $7.94 charge for customer pay shop charge for repair order when there was no repair all I got was a oil change and tire rotation.

The salesman was very up forward with telling me everything that was going to be on the truck and everything that was not on the truck. I would recommend them to everyone and I will be back this year to get another new truck from them.

Bought my Jeep from Nyle Maxwell of Taylor and have had routine maintenance performed there for four years. The Sales Dept helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted and the Service Dept has kept my Jeep in top working order. Most definitely, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!
