Horrible dealership! They have prices listed on their site to get you to come in! We looked into a truck they had listed for $56,000 ;but when we called they said oh no because of add ons it's $58,000. we did the add ons and they do not add up to $58,000. The add on are already included in the price list. Now they have the truck listed for $51,000! They're scamming you to get you to come in then jacking up the price. Don't waste your time!

The Service Department is ran by inexperienced kids who have no concept of customer service. Appointments and obligations have no meaning. Why have appointments if you cannot meet your obligations. The Service Department is out of control.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealership has nice people and amenities, but they have very sneaky sales tactics. They pre install a bunch of overpriced junk you don’t need and try to force you to buy it (GPS tracker for $2,000; windshield coating for $1,200; wheel locks for $400; tinted windows for $800; etc). They will push and push… they also sell third party warranties but make it sound like they from the manufacturer. Pay VERY close attention to the details and be very careful if you try to use this dealership. I used to sell cars… trust me, there are much more trustworthy and reasonable dealerships to work with.

Called the day before asking salesman Timothy S. if the van we were looking for was on the lot. Told them the wife would be there in the morning to look at it and 99% sure purchase it. The following morning after a 4 hour drive the van was not there. Now I understand someone doing a test drive, but it didn't come back till 5 hours later with 150+ miles on it. The price listed online and talked about the day before was apparently not the "final" price either. It had many extras added which raised the price and they refused to remove some of them and was pretty pushy trying to add them. How can you tell me a service "interior coverage" cannot be removed? It's a service, not a installed product. Don't fall for the Apex gps. Was told it would be usable as long as vehicle is financed. It is only available for 5 year plan and after that you have to pay $100 year to keep it. I don't see why a sales man has to go back and forth with finance numerous times to "rework" numbers 5 to 6 times. But in the end after 6 hours comes up with another discount and finance percentage. Why not bring those numbers out to begin with... If it wasn't for our family needing a van,I would have kept our f150. The Ford dealership had me in and out in 45 min after calling the day before and having my pre-approval ready. Update: went to do an oil change and tire rotation. The wheel lock key was not left in the van at purchase. The only advice we got from Timothy and the manager at Boerne Dodge was to bring the van in and they will fix it. Knowing we live 4 hours away this is not possible. They offered no other options to help but said they would "make it up to us" if we were ever in the area. This has been the worst customer service, sales service I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE Dodge/Ram needs to remove these kind of dealerships. On Nov. 29 2020, I was working with Renee Cravey and Nicholas Gonzales on a Ram 2500 that caught my eye on the Boerne DCJ website (Stock number G267816. Price looked good (MSRP of 47,060.00 with a savings of 7,030.00 for a price of 40,030.00) and was planning on taking a drive to see the vehicle when I asked for 'what are all the fees that will be associated with this purchase'? Nicholas Gonzales responded with '1,499.00 for GPS (a tracking device), 875.00 for paint/interior protection, 875.00 for dent/theft protection, 479.00 for window tint, and 1,000.00 for a 3 year maintenance agreement. I asked Nicholas Gonzales for documentation of what these additional fees were for. He responded with: "The Apex “GPS” system is a hardwired unit that designed to recover your vehicle if it is ever stolen from you. You as the owner will be able to track it 24/7, so if you lend your 2500 out to a friend/ family member. You can also see battery life, amount of Gas you current have and also set alerts to speed and geographic boundaries. Window tint is installed to every unit that does not have any from the factory, it is a lifetime warranty as long as you own the truck. Paint protection is applied to all of our vehicles when they come off the transit truck from factory. This also includes a showroom detail once a year for 5 years. Helps maintain and protect your investment. The dent protection is any paint-less dent repair. This also includes the resolving of any surface scuffs or scratches on the vehicle. 3 Year maintenance is 2 Full synthetic oil changes a year for 3 years. It is also inclusive of all your tire rotations. The unique benefit to this is that it is VIN specific thus you can get this done at any Mopar Service station across the USA." I thought insurance covered you if your vehicle is stolen, so why do you need the Apex GPS system? Oh that's right, so not only can I track my vehicle but so can someone else...like the finance company. You want me to give you 1,499.00 so you can track me, I don't think so. Paint protection, well, what is this protection? I can wax my vehicle just fine. Also, there is no mention of interior protection. Again, what is this protection that is not even mentioned? Dent protection, doesn't your insurance cover damage to the vehicle. Why do I need to spend 875.00 in addition to my insurance. No, thank you. 6 oil changes for 1,000.00, that comes to 166.67 per oil change. Again, No thank you. I then asked him to remove those upcharges, which Nicholas Gonzales refused. So, for an upcharge of 4,728.00, which is not wanted or needed (I need to also note the window tint DID come installed from the factory, which Nicholas Gonzales had also refused to remove that upcharge). Nicholas Gonzales now claims the truck is still aggressively priced. Really, NO it's actually not even close to what other dealerships are asking. It's much higher with the additional items that are forced upon the client. This dealership gets an F for posting prices that are not even close to what the actual price is. I have been asking myself why they would do this, and the only conclusion I can come up with is they are con artists, morally indignant, and outright liars. Before you sign on that dotted line, take a very hard look at what they are giving you. Better yet, just stay away from this dealership!

Great job came in for tire rotation and balance. Servuce Department made a mistake and gave me an oil change which I had done 2 days prior. They realized their mistake ordered the Amzoil I use and oil filter changed oil and filter at no charge and because it required me to travel back and forth to thm there was no charge for the tire rotation and balance. They were courteous and treated me well through the all experience.

Looking for a deal, and they made the deal. Made a dream a reality. Very friendly yet straight to the point. If you are serious about buying look no further and make your purchase here.

Our saleswoman was amazing! She really took time to make the experience of buying a new car special for me and my husband. However, when we sat down for negotiations with the new staff member present, he seemed like he had a personal problem with us. He flipped the computer around when we started asking questions and let it hit on the table. Then he proceeded to start making personal derogatory remarks against us. He made me feel like he wished we had never walked in the door. A dealership first for us. Thankfully, a new staff member approached to continue negotiations. Buying process one star. I would be cautious of recommending this dealer.

Went in for clunk noise from transmission and rear axle under warranty was charged a dianostic fee and told there were no codes so everything is fine. They didn't repair anything. Was told Ram has no intention of covering warranty with no codes so I have to live with the clunk noise.Should have purchased a superduty

$125 to get a report to replace items that were replaced a year and a half ago. When questioned, was told, if one was bad we figure both are. In other words, we make a list of everything that could be possibly wrong with your vehicle based on age, Mfg recommendation, or how much they want to make per visit. These sales criteria are on the service desk board including ‘Create a sense of urgency”. With Every item I question the service reps rationale dissolved. Rep said “well most people don’t know as much as u about cars. Keep driving folks.
