The service department ordered a splash guard on 4 March for my Chrysler 300 and said it would take two days. After six days I have not heard from them. I called but cannot get a status. I was told that only the person (Xavier) who placed the order can find out and he is off today. Why can another person not obtain the status?

Xavier called me this morning to tell me that the splash guard was in. I requested and received an appointment for one o'clock to have it replaced. Excellent! I have brought my car in, and it is being serviced.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions clearly, were patient, and made everything easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured and appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. Communication was great, and they made sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. I highly recommend them and would gladly do business here again.

Our 2025 Gladiator is the second new Jeep we’ve purchased from this dealership. We keep coming back because we’re so happy with them—they even gave me preferential treatment in the service department for a Ram truck I bought at another dealership. They’re truly great people to deal with.
