When I found the blister/bubble on my tire sidewall on a

When I found the blister/bubble on my tire sidewall on a Sunday morning I thought it was going to be tricky getting my car in and getting a loaner on short order. Nope. The very next morning the dealership reached out and told me to come in as early as possible. They ordered my replacement tire and sent me on my way in their car. The next day I swapped cars with them and was back in action.

I recently visited a dealership to purchase a BMW and, as

I recently visited a dealership to purchase a BMW and, as a military veteran, I experienced an unsettling situation. While I was assisted by a woman named Hanh, she seemed disinterested in providing thorough help, which left me feeling undervalued. It appeared that her motivation was to avoid an unpleasant meeting rather than genuinely assisting me. However, I must commend Yvonne, a finance professional at the dealership, who was the most helpful throughout my experience. Unfortunately, during my visit, my disability placard was stolen. When I confronted Hanh, she initially claimed that she and another appraiser only drove the vehicle and had photographic evidence of my placard being present. However, when I mentioned that I would file a report, her story changed, and she stated that they never had pictures of my placard. She suggested I may have misplaced it while transitioning to my new car, despite the fact that I had parked in a designated disability space right in front of the building. This behavior is unacceptable for a dealership of such stature, especially given the high prices they charge. My experience raises concerns about potential unethical practices occurring at this establishment. I urge anyone with a disability placard to exercise caution when visiting this dealership, as it seems there is a risk of having valuable items stolen.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We test drove and purchased a used vehicle. It was a very smooth transaction, as we paid cash. For whatever reason what should’ve been a 30 minute transaction turned into a 3 1/2 hour stay, as we waited for the vehicle to be detailed and for the fuel to be topped off. I did not see anyone else purchasing a car as it was an early Saturday morning. It seems like a newly purchased vehicle would be made a priority so that the customers could be on their merry way quickly. If not for this ridiculously long wait I would’ve rated the dealership five stars.
