Great service and quite timely. I had to go there due to a recall of my car model . They asked if and what additional services purchases I wanted without being pushy?no pressure selling?I actually asked for an additional item. They also sent me a vid of the mechanic checking the underside of my car and its tires. Once I returned for my car they promptly brought my car to me.

We really appreciated how Biju took his time showing us each vehicle. We wanted to see then explaining how each feature worked on the car was very patient and kind and very helpful. We will definitely come back and see him when we are ready to get a new vehicle.

Went to dealer for a quick car wash while checking in - the tire expert at entrance, while inspecting the tires discovered a nail in one of my tires . Once it was discovered the service department was quick to react and was able to supply a courtesy vehicle while repairs were in progress! Although the car wash broke down I’m glad we visited the dealership- they avoided a possible flat or blowout on the road! Thank you BMW!
