Disappointing when you trust what you thought was a reputable dealership for service repairs and get your vehicle back, worse than when you took it in. This just happened to my 61yo sister! Immediately started acting weird and wouldn't start the 3rd time she tried to go somewhere and called me crying! Then to have the service manager (Irish accent I believe) try and say its something she must have done and want her to pay more additional repairs!! So many things can be done legally but I'm hoping a talk with the GM will correct this wrong. Looking forward to posting the follow up details with a blessing report at the end!

Hello, we appreciate your business and sorry to hear that your sister’s car is having more issues. Your sister’s van was brought in with multiple warning lights on that required fixing several different things. We addressed all the issues, but sometimes older higher mileage vehicles will continue to have other things fail. We have some of the most experienced Technicians in the industry but of course no one is perfect, so if the latest issue is related to something we did then we are happy to take care of that. If the issue is a different failure, then that could require a charge, but we will not know until we see the car again. I’m more than happy to speak with you or meet in person to get this resolved. I find it hard to believe, a car that was functioning perfectly well. Had an issue that was fixed, had the warning lights come on, be directed to your dealership for those corrections. Then the 3rd time trying to start it, it will not start and new, completely different lights are showing up? No, my family is in the car business, from management, to mechanics, to sales, to parts to service etc. Although the mechanic unfortunately is no longer around here, the person we trust for repairs is who we trusted to refer to your dealership. I could understand if there had been a lot of issues, ongoing, not fixed and only part of the repairs were done. This vehicle came to you with everything done except the alerts she was told was all taken care of. Something is wrong and it was not when it was brought to you. It is not uncommon for dealerships to make sure they will have a returning customer. For all new things to be lighting up and the car not starting on the 3rd attempt after picking it up from your dealership. Surely, as a GM, you too understand, something is not right. You know something interesting? I never told you the details of the vehicle, yet your response show you know exactly the one I was speaking of. With all of this being said, I also want to mention the unprofessionalism of, who I assume, was your service manager. I know he has a heavy accent and I am sure it would not be hard to recognize. My sister is an older woman who's business was happily accepted and once the repair caused more issues, she becomes the problem? Not acceptable. I do want to meet with you and will do so soon. I will await your response with hopes her car will be repaired, correctly, without her having to pay anything more. I have been consulting advice and really hope this is resolved quickly without anything else needing to be done.
I am not satisfied. I had one last oil change. I didn't know it expired. I went on October 7 2025. It expired in September. I would have gone sooner before that date. Good customer service could have mentioned expiring date? Not a customer anymore.

I took my car in for a recall, I dropped it off after hours. Wes Shelton handled the necessary paperwork and request for service. It was serviced and completed in no time at all. I received a call later that day by Wes that my car was ready.. Thank you League City Chrysler.
