Our salesperson was Michael Baldwin. My husband & I were greeted by his huge smile! He was great! Easy going, no pressure, let us take as much time as we wanted to check the car out. Very thorough in providing answers. It was an excellent day! We bought a car and before we left, our cell phones were paired to the car & Michael spent a LOT of time teaching me the functions of the screen inside the car. He patiently answered question after question until I thought I understood it enough to use. There was a short wait to get to Financing because it was a busy day! They had a lot of customers that day! The Finance guy, Aaron Walsh, was very personable and explained everything fully. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience. We will definitely go back to Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls the next time we’re in the market for a car!
