I needed my old brake pads back to get my money back from the dealership & I asked them to please save them for me but when my vehicle was ready they had threw the brakes in the dumpster & wouldn't allow me to get them & they never offered to get them. Now, I'm out of $1270.00 which is a lot of money to me. Now, I'm going to let someone look at my brakes to make sure everything on my vehicle is brand new because if they're not, I will be going to Small Claims Court.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the missing parts. We want to clarify that our team was only notified at the end of the job, when you checked out, that you wanted to keep the old brake pads. Had we known before completing the work, we would have set them all aside for you. Because the shop trash had already been cleared by the time you checked out, our technicians immediately searched the commercial dumpster and safely retrieved and provided you with four brake pads and the rotors. However, due to strict safety regulations, our staff is not permitted to climb inside the commercial dumpster to search for the remaining pieces. Anna and Bill have consistently earned my trust and respect over years of taking care of me as if I matter, not just as a customer but as a person. Because of them, I drove from NC to KY to purchase my new vehicle. Doesn’t get any better than that…and I’m not the easiest customer. I ask lots of questions and they patiently explain things in simple terms.
