Write a reviewI made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush which is recommended at 60,000 miles. My appointment was this morning at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:45 and I was called by Service Manager at 8:30 and told that the machine that performs the pressure flush had to be turned on and takes 4 hours to heat up. I asked why this happened when I made an appointment they should have been prepared at 8:00 AM. She told me most people don’t follow the scheduled maintenance program that’s why it was not on. She told me she did not know the machine had top warm up and She is the Service Manager? When I made the appointment, she told me the service takes about 2 hours and I said that was fine. I told them I was not going to wait for 6 or more hours because they failed to prepare for a customers service that had been scheduled but not planned for. On top of everything else, she still charged me for the oil change and rotation. I did not go there for free service but it would have been a nice jester if they valued me as a customer. I will never go back there for service again.

I was quoted a time frame and price for repairs to my car. When they finished my repairs the price had gone up $50 dollars and I had waited an extra hour and a half.
