The service was great and work for the recall on the steering wheel bolt was done quickly . Was in and out in no time and everyone from check in to to check out was very professional.

They Are Evil
***UPDATE*** Careful if you do a better business review/complaint as Jenkins and Wynne will do a background search on you and use what they find on you and post your personal information on their reply and then add whatever they feel may make you look bad meaning lies. It’s really quite unbelievable. Don’t let any of them fool you. They make promises they don’t keep, I have two friends the screwed over Jay Wilburn was their salesman and ours “mr. Smiley” is a façade. They are very friendly and helpful at first because they want to sell you something. Our first super duty transaction went fine with Jay Wilburn with the exception of him not going over the vehicle with us. Our second super duty bought from them both brand new and within a year and a half of moving here was not as smooth from Jay Wilburn. There were some issues with the truck and just needed to be fixed and things replaced as the get ready shop did some damage on top of some other issues. Larry Schultz was on top of it. But “Bobby Fine” in the body shop dropped the ball FOUR TIMES and ended up verbally attacking my husband accusing him of the issues that were to be fixed? Which were there before we even bought the truck, it was the drivers door off set and rubbing the paint off, then this moron wanted to be “cute” and try and show my husband how to get in and out of a vehicle. Let’s just say he was lucky that day! All these issues went on for a while and they at J&W turned on us as if it was our fault, there was a meeting held with the owner Don Jenkins, Casey Jenkins, Larry Schultz, Jay Wilburn, Murray Keeter, Barry Elliott and Jeff Bateman, to go over all the issues with the truck and the poor treatment from body shop employees, to get ready employees, to Barry Elliott and Jeff Bateman not doing what they should have. But they want to blame the customer to make themselves look better on social media. So BOB FINE, LISA LOATMAN in the body shop when I recently brought the truck in for repair (yes, we came to J&W WHY RIGHT) after a minor accident treated me horrifically. Bob Fine is a moron and speaks down to people, when I initially turned the truck in they didn’t even address the right fender that WAS written in the estimate while they had it, I had to return with it and then they buff burned it and put fine scratches in the paint. Then they didn’t want to address that and so I did a better business bureau complaint and whom ever responded to it from J&W which by the way it was written, I believe it to be the unprofessional moron Bob Fine. He stated personal things that had to do with me and nothing to do with the issue at hand, so this shows their level of professionalism which is ZERO! BOB FINE also made a personal attack towards my husband when I was there last stating “I know how picky you’re husband is about your trucks”, just another dig and something that didn’t need to be said, he’s got a big fat mouth that he needs to stop running and Don Jenkins might want to hire BETTER employees. Especially sales people that know about the vehicles so when customers buy them they can tell them about everything they need to know. Well, In the meeting my husband said Don Jenkins defended Jay Wilburn on that issue so I suppose it works for him! They lied to our insurance company, they lied to their employer and they lied to the BBB, it was written in their response my husband apologized for me in the meeting which is funny and untrue because I had nothing to do with any of the back and forth. They also said I was banded from google, how idiotic and how would they know that, I logged right on so freakishly weird. And all over something THEY did wrong. LARRY SCHULTZ TOLD MY HUSBAND HE WOULD CALL OR TEXT ME TO BRING THE TRUCK BACK IN, HE LIED BECAUSE HE DID NOT, MORE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then we had bought a service contract with them and my husband left a message for the finance person to call him so we could cancel and they have not returned that call.

Great and very Clean facilities
The service guys did a great job. But who ever change my oil spilled it on my motor somewhere cause all day all I smelled and saw was smoke and burned oil smell till I washed the the engine bay. So I was was not happy cause I try very hard to keep my car cleanand it pretty embarrassing to drive a new car with smoke coming out of it.

They made my day
I Have been satisfied with dealership. I am not satisfied with vehicle clean up dept. I brought back in for pre delivery clean up and they still haven?t got glue cleaned up and they didn?t even clean dust off dash. Very disappointed

Love buying my car from here
I had a great experience! I had just moved here so I hadn't needed service what and therefore had no service location I trusted yet. I called in and was scheduled an appointment the next morning. From beginning to end, I was working with Matt Campbell, I believe. Everything was super fast, explained to me very well, and catered to my needs as a customer.
