We were welcomed at the door by a knowledgeable, friendly Toyota sales consultant, Christian Ronces. We had questions and we got thorough answers. The test drive brought out more questions; Christian was prepared with answers. Yes, we had found the car for us! And then… There was paperwork and it takes time, but Christian facilitated and provided answers there too making it a seamless, smooth process. We are grateful for this experience and the excellent vehicle we drove away that very day.

It was like 3 and 1/2 hours from hitting the door to driving away in my new car. Darryl was a chill and knowledgeable sales guy. No pressure. Finance guy Chris was also a chill experience. The web team was quick and responsive. I was very pleased with the dealer experience.

My experience with this dealership was amazing the salesman Darryl Cannon listened to what I was looking for and got me what I was looking for I love my new car.

After all day car shopping around town, we ended up at the Continental Toyota 45 min before closing. It did not matter, we received the same great service from Michael P. - "Let's go for a test drive!", "Let me answer all your questions!", "Let me crack a joke", "Lets talk to Finance", "Let me go to Services and find out the answer for you"- He was always willing to help and to find answers of our new used car. Eventhough we were ALL exhausted from car shopping, Mike made it at ease. A week later we needed to return and take advantage of our Silver warranty. Stephan was our guy. He was also willing to go beyond to ensure we had a car that was perfect for us. Frequently, calls were made to me to make sure I had what I needed and double check the car was running smoothly. After a few trips to the dealership, CJ (manager) also took care of us for certain incoveniences we had - after all car shopping is not like buying a piece of gum. :( Thank you so much for your patience with us. Overall experience: Very satisfied with Continental Toyota, not to mention the cleanliness of the place and little treats available while you wait or do some "work from home" in the shop :))

Daryl was amazing! He was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He made me eager and excited to purchase my 2017 Highlander. Never pressured me and was courteous the entire time.
