Great sales experience
Outside of one GM Financial software glitch, the buying experience was outstanding! In some stores, the salesperson goes off to talk to the sales manager then goes back and forth relaying questions for hours. Not here! The salesperson and the sales manager worked together with me to answer questions and look at different incentives until we had a deal that we were both happy with. Then I went out to lunch while they put the paperwork together and came back to pick up a new Equinox. BTW: this was the salesperson's first day on the job at this store and I was her first customer. Congrats to Ashley Hannah! Great first day!

Spent $1,995 to “fix” an issue with the ABS/traction
Spent $1,995 to “fix” an issue with the ABS/traction system. 6 months later, the exact same thing starts happening and now they’re saying it’ll be another $1,200 to re-fix what should have been taken care of the last time. I’m going to pick up my vehicle, broken, and disconnect the battery for the rest of its life because these people can’t do things right the first time. Never again will I trust them to do anything right, nor will I glance their way when I am forced to buy another vehicle due to their overall ineptitude.

This is our favorite dealership ever. Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially Chris. He was very knowledgeable and explained the features thoroughly the trucks looked at features.

Zero Integrity
Sansing bought a pig in a poke. This service department is unreliable, dishonest cheats that boiasr their MVPI service. Paid for services later to discover they were not performed. A class action law suit would get this companies attention rapidly! Close the doors till you flush the entire staff and start from scratch! Bad business gives the Brand a bad name. GM Should force a cease and desist, de-identify order.,

Not reputable.
Truck quit. Towed to Southern Chevy. Said is was not warranty after I twice told them it was covered and how it was covered. They told me to leave a voice mail about what I wanted. The voice mail was “lost”. Also wanted to charge $213 per hour for the work. I think they were trying to charge excess hours (above standards) for the work. I don’t trust them in the slightest.

Terrible Service!!!
Made an appointment weeks before to have my truck serviced. The appt was at 7 am so I dropped it the night before. On the day of the appointment NO One called to update me. I left messages and finally spoke to a receptionist. She said the truck wasn’t finished. I asked if they would leave my truck secured inside. At GMC Buick and Cadillac of Pensacola My truck was driven, left dirty and tools were stolen from my tool box and interior of the truck. So I was concerned about the security of my truck after losing $2000 in commercial tools! Drove by to check my truck. Used my fob to light it up and it was in a back grassy field. No protection. Around 2:00 (day 3) I go pick up my truck…they were finally changing the oil! No One called me and just assumed they could keep my truck until they got to it! My diesel is my office and this costs me money being down. Still the techs could not care less. I am SO disappointed!

Best dealership, best service!!!
We have purchased many vehicles from Southern Chevrolet, new and used through the years. The fact that we drive from Pensacola FL to Foley AL for sales as well as their service department says a lot about how we are treated! Management at this dealership is the best, they know how to treat people so they keep coming back! Our salesperson, Chuck is the best, always a pleasure to work with!
