I had an outstanding experience working with Jim Snedeker at Sarasota ford, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle not just making a sale. He took the time to understand my needs, budget, and preferences, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Every question I had was answered clearly and honestly, and he went above and beyond to explain all my options so I could make an informed decision. What really stood out was his professionalism and transparency throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable at every step, kept me updated, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. Even after the purchase, he followed up to make sure I was happy with my car and offered assistance if I needed anything. I took my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation and

I took my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation and I guess someone in service decided that my windshield sun shade needed a new home and decided to make take it. It’s a cheap 30 dollar Amazon one that I can see anyone risking their employment over but I guess Sarasota Ford turns a blind eye to theft off property. It’s not the cost of this cheap shade It’s the principle of it. Sarasota Ford has now lost a customer for life over this incident.
