Purchased a used Mazda from Bill Currie Ford and returned
Purchased a used Mazda from Bill Currie Ford and returned for a free oil change 5000 miles later. I supplied a OEM Mazda oil filter that I had purchased from a Mazda dealership. And while the person at the service counter assured me that it would not be a problem to use a customer supplied oil filter 5000 miles later when I changed the oil the car had a non-Mazda Parts Plus oil filter. Your mileage and your service may vary when you get your car serviced at Bill Currie Ford.

Hi Bob, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the service. We aim for transparency and quality, and it sounds like we missed the mark. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve our processes. Thank you for sharing your concerns. Sincerely, Jason Binder, Service Director, jbinder@billcurrieford.com
The service department discriminates against Spanish
The service department discriminates against Spanish people especially the Jason the man who is change of the service department. You want honest prices and the respect every human deserves then DO NOT GO THERE. Ford should be ashamed to have them as a dealer.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Your concerns are important to us, and we take feedback seriously. We’re committed to providing respectful and fair service to all customers. Specifically, we want to be clear that we do value and respect all of our Spanish-speaking customers, and we have Spanish-speaking team members at our dealership to help facilitate smooth and easy communication in both English and Spanish. We want to learn more about your visit so that we can help. Please reach out to us when you can. Sincerely, Sean Sullivan, General Manager, ssullivan@billcurrieford.com
Sir you are part of the problem. You fully support Jason in the way he discriminates againt people because i know there have been many complaints about it. My friends have told me and i gave you a chance and you proved them right. Your racist especially in the service department.
Purchased an F250 a year ago from Bill Currie Ford on
Purchased an F250 a year ago from Bill Currie Ford on Dale Mabry in Tampa. We initially had an issue with the finance guy when he wanted to give us a loan with a higher interest rate than what we were pre-qualified for from the same financial institution. We had to call Grow because he was swaying us to their finance terms and not budging on the rate even though we told him we were pre-qualified from the same bank and had arranged our own financing. We loved the truck, so we bought it but were not happy with the pressure from the finance experience. So fast forward now on to the oil change... got a call from Bill Currie Ford that it was time for an oil change although we don't drive on a regular basis and the oil looked good. They kept calling us claiming they were getting notifications from Ford, and they said they could come to us that way we wouldn't have to worry about the wait and their service department quoted $160.00. Now I'm a female and have NO IDEA how much an oil change on an F250 would cost. I asked if the price included all fees and she said yes. They showed up and after the job was done told me the cost was $227.53. I told the service techs that's not what they quoted, soon after I get a call from their office that there is nothing, they can do about it - the girl who booked it must have made a mistake, and she will talk with the service staff. You will have to pay the $227.53, I told them this was a 'bait & switch' and I would never use their service again. So, for those of you booking mobile service or buying a vehicle from Bill Currie Ford on Dale Mabry, Tampa - do your research and know what the rates are currently, as well as getting mobile service costs in writing. I have certainly learned my lesson. That's strike 2 for Bill Currie Ford and why I am making people aware of the poor business practice from this dealership.

Avoid Bill Currie Ford — Dishonest Dealership
Avoid Bill Currie Ford — Dishonest Dealership Practices Do not buy your car from Bill Currie Ford. This dealership does not operate with honesty or integrity. The finance manager outright lied to me — twice — just to squeeze a little more money out of the deal. I came in ready to pay with a check, but was told the price I was offered could only be honored if I financed the vehicle. I asked very clearly, twice, if I would accrue any interest before making the first payment. He assured me both times that I would not, and that my payment would be the same 30 days later as it would be that day. That was a lie. I was charged interest starting the moment I walked out of his office. To make matters worse, I never received a bill. When I called the dealership to request the payoff information, they told me the first payment wasn’t due until May 20. That too was false. It’s now May 12, and I’ve already missed a payment and have been accruing interest daily. This dealership cannot be trusted. They’ll say whatever it takes to close a deal — even if it means misleading the customer. Save yourself the frustration and financial damage. Buy your car elsewhere.

After trying a few dealers including brand named
After trying a few dealers including brand named companies like Toyota, ONLY, Bill Currie Ford helped out a veteran in need. Bill Currie Ford holds true to their motto of unparalleled service. I was met by staff member Adam and finalized my sale with a Salesman Named George. The service was indeed exceptional from start to finish. At all times I was shown a genuine concern for my situation, needs and most importantly the right vehicle for me. The staff were truly kind, affectionate, and caring and George showed all the professionalism inherit of a true salesman. From beginning of my test drive to the final financing of my vehicle everything was explained in clarity and he ensured I understood the transaction. I guess I should have read the reviews about how bad your service department was before allowing them to take my car to install a lift, wheels, and tires. A job that only requires 6-8 hrs of SRT time has taken well over 30 hrs and has been accompanied by continuous lies, misinformation, horrible communication, and now faulty re-work. I will be leaving negative reviews like everyone else, just thought you should know. It’s time to erase your service department and start over. I literally could have completed this job in my garage at home in under 8 hrs.

If I could leave negative stars I would.
If I could leave negative stars I would. An absolute nightmare of an experience that left me feeling legitimately dehumanized. Felt like I was a burden to my salesman after I spoke on the phone for an hour with someone about the vehicle I wanted and then drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase it. They sold my vehicle trade in before they’d finalized our side of the sale and now both mine and my husband’s credit is RUINED because of the missed payments from my trade in. They kept sending us different documents each time because something was “missing”, and the prices and interest were different and higher each time. I begged the manager for help and it felt like our treatment got exponentially worse after that. The service advisor Zoie literally made me cry after I missed the appointment to have their employees pick up my vehicle from my house because I had an emergency with my newborn child. They promised to do a 100k mile service when they did pick it up, but they didn’t, and instead somehow used up 150 miles worth of my gas and left me with barely enough gas to get it to the station. The car in question has also had a nail in the tire that has been continuously losing air since I drove it home. And as a cherry on top, the GPS device that they installed without prior notice OR CONSENT (we went through the documents and checked) has drained the power so bad that we cannot even get the car to start with a jump now. I’m lucky my husband is a mechanic. If this happened to someone else they would be out THOUSANDS of dollars with the amount of work my husband has already put into it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I never give bad reviews and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I am in the process of reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau because we have been taken advantage of and mistreated on almost every step of this journey
