Bill Currie Ford is the worst dealership I have EVER been

Bill Currie Ford is the worst dealership I have EVER been too. Nobody ever knows what's going on. oh, and don't let me start with that I am about to replace my 4th engine on my brand new 2019 ford EcoSport. I was screwed on two replaces as they told me I needed to pay out of pocket for, to get a new engine replaced by ford. My car guy checked everything out after getting it back and all clips were not right in the engine, they were broken, and the engine looked just like it did when it was blowen. when I asked them to check it before I left after paying, they had one of their mechanics look at it and said no that's how it is supposed to be. I left it alone, then come to find out the engine is about to blow again! I call the dealership asking to speak to a manger and SHARON told me very rudely repeat the same answer " I can take a message" and then hung-up on me and kept declining my calls. I am over the terrible customer service, terrible mechanic's, the false promises and over all I am stuck with a car for the next 2 year paying $400 a month just for it to live in a repair shop. This is not fair, and I can't seem to get anywhere. and I know this will just get the generic xxx response that they say to everyone, but maybe someone will see HOW xxxxTY FORD REALLY IS!!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to BILL CURRIE FORD N. TAMPA!

WOW!

WOW! My situation was not the easiest to deal with, nor the most time efficient, but Joe Moon took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered completely. Joe is not only courteous, professional, and extremely informative but also honest, a combination difficult to find in any occupation today. The service exceeded my expectations and Joe even took the time to make certain that I was happy with the car after the purchase. Talk about customer service. Bill Currie Ford has a keeper, and I am thankful that not only Joe Moon was great, but the entire process was beyond belief.

Joe made the car buying experience effortless.

Joe made the car buying experience effortless. With professionalism and patience, he made this experience the best that I have seen in my 25+ years of buying vehicles. As tricky as the market is and as volatile as the economy is, it does not show with him. He is easy to talk with and a genuine hand shake and a smile kind of guy. Joe made my experience at Bill Currie Ford quick, easy and straight to the point . I will be back to purchase again!!

I gotta admit I’m a complicated costumer and find the right costumer service representative willing to deal with me is really hard sometimes. This dealership and people that works there has the higher level of costumer care I’ve ever seen. I went overthere because my wife wanted to see a car they had. Sergio Fabian was really nice to us. He was really knowledgeable about every question we had. He was above and beyond about our expectations. We left that place with the feeling of satisfaction, and really happy with the way they took care of us. This place and their personal are highly recommended. Thanks to Bill Currie Ford and Sergio Fabian for the best experience we ever had buying a car.

simple & easy

he was very polite and did very good with figuring out what car i want. he’s also very understanding of what we didn’t want and what we wanted. very patient with everything, he also made sure i looked at any car i wanted to look at and made sure it was the right one for me. very good conversation maker, on the test drive we talked about a few things and he was very polite and understanding, didn’t make the car ride awkward.
