Came in to the branch thinking it's going to be a overwhelming experience but as soon i started talking to Naoki I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, had the vehicle ready, we test drove it, we had a friendly conversation nothing about numbers just enjoying the test drive, afterwards we met with Jay(finance) and he was clear on every aspect of the contract, no pressure at all, I'm so comfortable with them that I recommending all my family to purchase a vehicle with them....thank you so much, you guys make me really happy😃

I’m leaving this review with a heavy heart to warn others about a disturbing experience I had at South Bay Lexus. I was in the market for an RZ and worked with a lovely salesperson, Suad Kanony. She was pleasant during the test drive, but the experience took an aggressive and unprofessional turn once we discussed pricing. Like any informed consumer, I did my research to find the best value for my family. When I mentioned a competitive offer from Longo Lexus, the management’s 'negotiation' style quickly devolved into high-pressure tactics and open hostility. The most shocking part of the visit involved Sales Manager John Parham (who gave me the fake name 'John Meloncolly' when I asked for his full name). It is baffling that a manager would attempt to hide his identity when his photo is clearly on the dealership’s website. Worse than the dishonesty was his temperament. John Parham began yelling at me aggressively for 'price shopping,' eventually ordering me to leave. He did this in front of my wife and four-year-old child, showing a complete lack of basic decency or professional restraint. This hostile environment is the polar opposite of the 'Lexus Experience' promised by the brand. I ultimately purchased my RZ from Longo Lexus, where my business was actually valued. I strongly urge the GM and Vice President, Mike Hong, to look into John’s conduct. His unprofessionalism is a liability to your dealership’s reputation. Advice: Go to Suad for a test drive, but if you want to be treated with respect while getting the value for your money, go to Longo Lexus."
