Jamayl O'Reilly was one of the best salespeople I have
Jamayl O'Reilly was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. My 2019 Honda HRV was totaled on 95S near Savannah, Ga driving from PA to FL for the winter. Needless to say it was a very horrible experience. My husband and I needed a vehicle, Jamayl was wonderful. He had so much patience, was kind and understanding of what we were experiencing. Did not know what to do but he helped me figure it out. I was going to purchase but decided to lease. George the financial person was also great in helping me since I was out of state. They took care of all the paperwork to make it word. They made a bad experience be a lot less stressful...thank you

Never go to this Dealership.
Never go to this Dealership. When negotiating my lease one of the Sales Managers lied and said that I never disclosed to him that I was not a pervious Honda Owner. Then proceeded to say the price is going to go up. From then I told him to refund me my payment and I will leave. He looked at the finance worker and said “cut the f**king deal!”. Second now, I went to go get my recall software update on my 2024 Honda Prologue. The service department did not disclose to me that they didn’t have the up date. I had to then get told to give THEM a call and ask if they got it in. So I tested the theory the next hour and got meet with a Service Representative that had an attitude after I asked if they had the update. “I need the VIN” I replied “I was told to call and ask if you have received the up date for a 2024 Honda Prologue” The representative said “I need the VIN to look you up in the system” I replied “No I was told to call, you don’t need the VIN, I am just seeking confirmation if you have it. So do you, Yes or No” She then replied “No we don’t have the update” I then said “You should’ve just said that in the first place.” Then she replied “Sir you’re not going to tell me how to do my job”. All this run around to be meet with a rude and spiteful dealership representative for a dealership that yelled and cursed at me in negotiations. Do Not Go To Coggin Honda Orlando.

i bought a 2026 honda pilot exl i dealt with alex internet salesman he was a deal maker and held his word -no other dealer could touch his offer i got a solid fair deal where all went smooth also in finance Jack Malfi was solid no xxxxxxxx he offered warranties selection explained them no pressure --if you go into dealer ask for diego or Alex

The sales man accepted my offer but in papers I noticed
The sales man accepted my offer but in papers I noticed After I signed it was completely different for example I offer for a car $ 34460 including tax dealer fees in total it was going to be like over 37460 but my offer was 34460 in total my down payment was $10000 so I thought my debt was going to be $24460 + interst but in papers is like Over $27460 my debt my mistake was trusting the guy who did the papers he made me sign quickly with out a chance to read the debt and that was my fault for trusting the guy who did the papers
