My first "big boy" car purchase!

This was my first car purchase as an adult. I was adamant on pricing and the interest rate. I had done my homework, so I thought going into this I would face the "cliche" salesperson & car dealership environment. Oh no! Not the case. The salesperson (Jennifer McCorvey-GO SEE HER-She is awesome!!) and even general manager, yes, I said general manager made this an unbelievably easy experience with zero challenges. I was upfront on pricing and financing from the beginning, and they respected that. Also, since my parent purchased my first vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee when I was just sixteen years old, Joe Cooper Ford gave me $2000 extra on top of the fair market value of that same vehicle my parents purchased here seven years ago. I could not be happier!!

Great service!

I was in desperate need of a car, it was last minute and all I had was a certain amount of money I could put down. I called Joe Cooper car place in Shawnee and Jennifer McCorvey found the perfect car for me. I'm in college , I have no credit, and I was looking for a car payment that I could manage. She was amazing. I left with a great car, not too many miles and is in great condition. I would recommend her to everyone that's in need of a great reliable car.

Jennifer is very helpful and will bend over backwards to help you, she is not pushy and she does not use salesman tactics.. She is the reason I am looking at Cooper to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them.

Great Service

Jennifer McCorvey was awesome in helping me today at Joe Cooper Ford. I first called she was so professional on the phone. Then when I came in she was so happy to help me. This was actually an awesome car buying experience. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family. Thank you Joe Cooper Ford for my new car and a wonderful day in buying it.

Jennifer is the best!!

We had such an amazing experience here at Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee! Jennifer McCorvey helped us, and we were so blessed to have her help! We were shopping for a new SUV, and we purchased the Ford Explorer and she made the experience so easy for us. Our new SUV is just gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! THANK YOU Jennifer and Lance for making this fun and easy! We laughed together and just had a fun experience! We would definitely come back here for future purchases!

Great Customer Service

Enjoyed speaking with Austin Copeland at Joe Cooper Ford. He wasn't pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and I didn't feel like we were trying to be sold. The manager did a good follow up and while we didn't leave there with a new car, felt like we were offered good values; it was just more than we were wanting to spend.
