Gave me an offer on my truck when brought back to conclude dropped it off 2,000 never answer or calls and transfer u everywhere Truck was bought in summer realized heater did not work two days later refused to fix and charged 800 Bad business

Joe Cooper Ford of shawnee is a joke for a dealership. I came across a truck online and it was at an unbelievable price, so I called and they said yes that is the price. I ask them to double check and if it was the prices I would drive 2 and a half hours and buy it. Well they told me it was right and it was that low because they want to be competitive. Okay so I drove 2 and half hrs they test drove my trade and after 20 min setting there they come out and tell me, Well sir we cant not sell that truck at that price or we will have to take a loss, but would u like us to work a deal for you anyway? He tells me they are protect in the clause at the bottom of the internet listings ( who care about the clause I just want to buy a truck). Is this how you do business trick people into coming? Well this is a joke also the truck still listed At the same price so they can trick more people. DO NOT BUY FOR THEM THEY ARE A JOKE. If your in the tulsa area do what I did go to Matthews Ford in broken arrow you will not regret it they WILL do you right.

never heard back
I contacted them about a used car that I saw online, I think it was a 2010 Maxima. I knew going into it and told them my credit would be an issue but you never know. They contacted me and ran my credit the salesman called asked about my trade said maybe not that car but something else and to give him 30 minutes and he would call me back and I never heard back from him, they just dropped me. I hated my not so good credit had to take a inquiry hit but it had to be done. I told him about my credit going into it so a friendly call saying they couldn't make anything work would have been nice. Salesman was ok when I talked to him, not overly friendly though.

Left out details and did not help
These guys left out key details when we were purchasing the car and then when we ran into issues 3 days later they charged us for a check-up and then basically said ?get this your car off our lot because we can?t help you?Norman, OK

Verrrrrry disappointed
Went in to buy a truck listed online. After I drove it and said I'd take it, they discovered that the price listed on the Internet was a mistake .... By $17k . They noticed that several of them were wrong and said they couldn't do anything about it. I've bought 4 cars there in the past. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere from now on

Waste of time
Irritating that prices aren't listed on the vehicle. Looking for a used vehicle, but sales manager kept pushing for a new one. One salesperson was rude, while another was very nice but totally inexperienced. Went back a week later because was told by the manager over the phone that we had a deal on a used vehicle. When we got there he kept pushing a new car again, and said we'd need twice the amount down for the used one! We left and will never return.
