Walk in for service d/t text rec’d. Met Alex from service who was terrific the entire transaction. He was able to expedite completion time d/t my long drive home in the mountains. I stopped by d/t being in the area on business. Within an hour oil change w new filter, fuel injection and tire rotation services were completed and I was out the door! Alex explained everything very well and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I’ve always had excellent interactions and outcomes at Nissan Fontana. Alex is a gem and Nissan is very lucky to have him! Thanks Nissan and Alex!
