I had a wonderful experience working with Torrey Cox while waiting for my Lexus GX 550. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how consistently he kept me informed every step of the way. He was always responsive, proactive with updates, and available to answer any questions, which made a huge difference during the wait. If you?re looking for someone responsive and truly invested in their clients, I highly recommend working with Torrey. He went above and beyond, and it?s clear he takes great pride in providing excellent service.

Kirk Martells is definitely a 12 star sales professional! I started looking at Lexus RX-350 CPO vehicles for my wife before Christmas. I was also looking at other dealers as well for the right RX-350. My wife is extra picky so when I saw a possible vehicle on the internet I had to ask questions. The other dealers either quit communicating with me or they passed me to different salespersons because I wasn't buying "today." Kurt stuck with me all the way through. He answered all of my questions promptly. When I couldn't find a CPO vehicle matching my wife's specs, I told Kurt I was going to look at getting a new 2026. I asked him to give me a couple days to ensure my wife had her mind made up on the specs. I told Kirk what we were looking for and in a few hours he had located a vehicle waiting to be built. I put my deposit down in mid-February and was told the vehicle would be delivered the end of March. March 16th we took delivery and could not be happier. I appreciate Kirk's patience during the entire process and for sticking with me as it went on for a couple of months. Kirk really understands that spending more than $60K on a vehicle requires careful consideration. He always put me first and addressed all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with Kirk over the several months to finally make the purchase. I appreciate all Kirk and Nalley Lexus did make this purchase. Totally Satisfied!
