Amazing VW dealership! The facility is top notch. The service is impeccable. The first dealer in my lifetime that actually honored the value of my trade-in without even seeing the vehicle beforehand. Unfortunately I live in NJ and can?t visit the dealer very often.

This dealership is hands-down, the most inviting, friendly, efficient and helpful one out there. Car dealerships usually get a bad wrap by having aggressive sales personnel or non-genuine help regarding finances. But this dealership is the farthest from that. Both my husband and I have purchased vehicles from the dealership and the process could not have gone any smoother.

I am extremely frustrated with Nalley VW. I have brought my daughter’s vehicle there twice in the last four months, and both times new issues appeared within a day that were either not identified or not properly repaired during the service visit. Currently, the vehicle is back at Nalley VW for a sensor issue that began immediately after a recent oil change. It has now been there for three days, and I have received no call back or update on the status. This lack of communication is unacceptable. There should not be such a long delay in providing basic feedback, especially considering the vehicle was just serviced on December 30, 2026, for the oil change. At this point, I am very disappointed by both the quality of service and the lack of follow-up communication.
