Diamond Jim's Motorcars

Nick and Turk at the Diamond Jim's located at 5848 S 27th went above and beyond for me. I came into Chicago from Canada and Nick was there at the airport to meet me personally. We had a fun car ride back and great conversation. Nick kept me updated on the process and what I would need to do to get back into Canada with the car the entire time, he made the process easier for me. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience. Turk made the paperwork easy, fast and painless. This is true customer service and I would highly recommend these two men to anyone looking for a car.

I purchased a truck from Diamond Jims early in December 2012. The sales process was fast and sales people were nice...they even had their "mechanic" go over the truck while I signed the papers to make sure it was solid. Well, 80 miles later I needed to replace a cracked radiator and bad Head Gasket. My mechanic said that the crack had been there awhile and head gasket needed changing some time ago. I asked if another mechanic could miss this and he said "there's no way any mechanic would miss this". I guess Diamond Jims person who claims to be a mechanic really isn't, or Diamond Jim's sold me a truck they knew had problems. Either way they lost a customer and I would stay clear of this dealer.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Diamond Jims and my salesperson was Tuffy both times. He has been very helpful in the process and reliable when I need assistance with anything regarding the vehicle. Tuffy helped with everything. My mother has also purchased a vehicle from Tuffy and throughout the years Tuffy continues to assist her with any problems that come up with her vehicle. Would recommend purchasing from Diamond Jims and having Tuffy has your salesman. He does a great job!!

We had to find a car on short notice, but wanted to be be careful and make a smart choice. The people at this dealoer were SO patient and accomodating to us. They let us take each vehicle we were considering for extended drives, let us think about it over a few days and were unfailingly polite and patient with us. NO pressure ! We finally decided on one of their vehicles. Throughout the entire process, they were endlessly polite ,kind and respectful to us. I decided on a whim to start looking around for a safer vehicle for the winter time and found myself pulling into Diamond Jim's at 8am on a Saturday. To my surprise, Nick was there waiting to assist. He was patient and helped with my decision-making, as a friend would, rather than the usual pushy salesman. Nick made my car-shopping experience a pleasant one. Nick explained processes and hurdles each step of the way. He really does work for his customers to ensure the best possible experience for them. I would also like to give kudos to Tony in Financing, who was willing to share his financial knowledge with me. Tony patiently explained the paperwork and went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of what to expect with my present loan thru Diamond Jim's, as well as expert suggestions for the future. Congratulations Diamond Jim's, you have found yourself employees willing to give a whole new meaning to the "salesmen" persona. Even though I am now living in the Madison area, I will make a special trip to Milwaukee to make all future vehicle purchases.

I was considering trading in my car for a newer used vehicle and stopped by Diamond Jims to just look at their selection. I was greeted by Nick and he was very willing to answer any and all my questions about the cars I was looking at. He was very patient and allowed me room to breath. It was very refreshing to have a male salesman who did not treat me like I had no clue what I was doing, and answer my questions sincerely. I was looking to trade in my vehicle and was very pleased with the help and information I received. Nick was very friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I didn't trade my car in but when I'm ready I will definitely go to diamond Jim first.

I have worked in customer service for years and this is the first time I have felt that I need to let people know of the great experience my wife and I had. My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle after she had the brakes go out in our old one. We had gone to a big name dealer in Oshkosh and we were totally turned off by the service that we received. So, the next morning we headed to Milwaukee to Diamond Jims where we were pleasantly greeted and not pushed to buy something. All the employees that we met had exceeded our expectations. We were assisted by Nick. He was EXTREMLY patient with us as we went back and forth trying to decide what we wanted a car or SUV amongst other options. After 4 hours of going back and forth we finally found the one that fit our needs the best. I however wanted a remote start. So we asked if that could be included he said for that we could for 100 bucks which for the car we got was a great price. Unfortunately, it was so late in the day when we decided on a car so my wife had to go back down the next day to have it installed. So, when my wife got down to the shop Nick took her to my parents and picked her up as well. He also lent her his cell phone charger. Nick goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is an immeasurable asset to Diamond Jims. I would not think of buying a used car anywhere else from anyone else. He was polite, considerate, personable, and empathetic and PATIENT. We are so grateful to have met such an amazing person.

Very honest and friendly folks that let a customer look at thier selection of cars without being pushed around by some salesman.I will definitely keep them on my e-mail favorites list.
