I went in to see if I would get approved for anything , and the process of getting my information the lady was rushing and told me she would contact me when she hear from the banks , its almost been a month and the lady never called me to update me on anything to inform me if I have been approved for anything or nothing , horrible customer service , and very inconsiderate !

It was a bit stressful but only cause I already had checked out other places that already gave me a bad taste on shopping for a car but Andrew and Bertha really helped me get the car I really wanted and at a price I could afford. I really appreciate all the help and effort that they put just to help me finally get the car of my dream and also help me understand more about the features.

I had nobody else to turn too...but I found out about this place and it turned out AWESOME!!! "Lizzy" is the sales clerk that assisted me, she was Excellent! she even came out of way to come so far and pick me up...All I can say is that they were quick, and understanding to meet my needs! IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT OR TRYING TO START OVER I SUGGEST DIAMOND JIMS....GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership was so good to me, Lizzy there online salesperson was great. She Helped me better than my home town. She was prompt, efficient, answered all my questions and very down to earth. She is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Online buyers are looking because they know what they want and how much they want to spend. Lizzy Had no problems helping me with everything. I purchased a used 2004 Cadillac Srx from Diamond Jim's... Just in (meaning) new to the lot.....After I purchased the vehicle I experienced some expensive work that needed to be done the next day I was told to bring it back to the lot. I am surprisingly amazed that when I went back to the lot not only did they fix my complaints they also fixed A lot of other problematic issues considering diamond jim's being a used lot....... I am absolutely satisfied with the purchase, price, customer support services and friendly environment. Most car lot's would leave you angry and disappointed but Diamond Jim's is the good One of used car dealer ships Thank you for everything Diamond Jims.... Andrew you are so awesome?Thanks Lizzy

I recently bought a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix from a salesman Tony Hudler. Tony was amazing!! It wasnt looking like it could happen for a sale at first, but Tony took a day and he did everything that was in his power and he helped me out and came through on getting me this car. Yesterday I finally picked up my 2005 Chevy Tahoe from Diamond Jim's. Tony was the sales professional that helped me with the purchase. My wife and I saw the truck when driving by and decided to stop and test drive it because it looked so good. We drove it and immediately fell in love with it. The experience was flawless and Tony made everything extremely simple. This is the second car I purchased from Diamond Jim Motorcars. I first looked at both of the vehicles I purchased on their website, the great thing about the website it has a lot of pictures and you can browse at you leisure. After finding the vehicles I wanted I went to their show room and was greeted by their great friendly staff that helped me finalize my purchases. I was so pleased with their service and pricing I just referred my sister in law to them for a new car.
