The salesperson--Jerry-was fantastic.

The salesperson--Jerry-was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained everything. We were trading in a car AND using the Costco buyer program. The problem came with that nexus: the "finance" guy never showed the Costco documentation (as he was supposed to), and he lowballed our trade-in. When we finally agreed on a deal--he called it a "stupid deal." We felt extremely disrespected by this person. But Jerry, was great

Honestly, what I want to say is that what was supposed to be a "hassle-free" process with Costco buyer's program completely broke down and turned into an old-school pressure from your staff when the question of our trade-in came up. I would have to describe to you in more detail than I can here about how everything was phased to pressure us to buy, even though we were not getting the price we wanted on our car. One example: before even showing us the Costco price (which they NEVER did using the form that Costco said they would use), they were setting up our first maintenance appointment. That is so bizarre. They would not talk to us about the trade-in at all until we have filled out other papers and gone through steps as if we had already purchased the car. We have been through this before and it felt like the same old sales approach that we very much wanted to avoid. Your finance person told us, after we had arrived at an agreement that your staff had made a "stupid deal" with us. We felt humiliated by that. Was that necessary? He could have simply kept those thoughts to himself. I could explain more about the process that led to a high pressure feeling. In the end, we are happy to have the car and feel like the deal we got was okay--not great. Interestingly, we used the Costco program with you several years ago when we purchased a car with cash (no trade-in) and it was a very pleasant experience. This one was not that--except that Jerry was respectful and knowledgeable.

Took my hate to shop for a new car to WOW that was fun and the fallow up with the Tek person 2 weeks later was so helpful and again fun. our salesperson was Travis outstanding and all around wonderful person. Our Tek guy was Levi informative and taught us everything we needed to know about our new outback with a smile.

Friendly atmosphere.

Friendly atmosphere. No pressure whatsoever. It is suggested though that they improve the complete disclosure of all items included and excluded ptior to finalization of purchase.
