just spoke to the receptionist today, after stating the Bodyshop was closed she hung up. I called back and asked if we were disconnected, or did she hang up on me. Her response was, yes, I hung up, sorry bye.

I had a very good car buying experience at Cherokee

I had a very good car buying experience at Cherokee Toyota with Matthew last year. I should've done this review at that time. He helped make the typically cumbersome process of car buying less painful. Very knowledgeable! Thanks Matthew!!! See you next time for sure.

These sold me a truck with a damaged axle and a bent

These sold me a truck with a damaged axle and a bent frame. The car started breaking down fews weeks later. I have been back the dealership twice talked to tray, stan manager and Alex they said they would help and still will not repair my car. PLEASE DO NOT BUY NO CARS HERE

I had to order a aftermarket part for an FJ cruiser it is no longer available so Coultry searched all options and then printed out where I could find one at a Toyota dealership that was selling leftover aftermarket parts. Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. An unwilling to resolve the issue once they knew they made a mistake.I bought a 2025 Tacoma with three warranties. I had a problem with the vehicle within the first thousand miles. They were gonna swap me into another new vehicle and transfer my warranties. I go to use one of my warranties and I find that they only transferred two. Stop by the dealership to get it corrected and he said that’s on me and then they weren’t gonna do anything. So no warranty and no money back for the warranty. Basically Cherokee pocketed the $660.

I had my car up at the dealership just to get 4 TPMS

I had my car up at the dealership just to get 4 TPMS sensors. The service advisor Bobby said it would be done by Monday and would get a call back. I had to call him multiple times and eventually he told me would now be the next day. I told him I needed it back by tomorrow he said no problem. Well guess what he was off never got a call. I tried to call his service manager never got a call. I eventually went up there and just got the car horrible experience DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.
