Quick and easy purchase and no price haggling.

Quick and easy purchase and no price haggling. Out the door in about 2 hrs which was nice after my wrecked vehicle

The entire team was incredible!

The entire team was incredible! Rich is a fantastic salesman and Austin and Rick were awesome to work with! No hassle, no pressure! Just great service! Best buying experience I have had for a car!

The sale of the car took all day mostly it was my fault I

The sale of the car took all day mostly it was my fault I wanted a different car. That’s on me, after finally picking a different car and being able to work with the loan I was given everything was great I was told the next day they would deliver my second set of keys. I felt bad because I live far from the dealership so I told them don’t worry I can pass by on the weekend for them. As the weekend approached I was asked to signed paperwork again due to my loan changing because of my pay stubs at this point I asked about the second key again and was told this time the key needed to be programmed and that it would need an appointment. I wrote an email again to the agent that help me buy the car. Sadly communication with them was difficult if I was able to get an answer a day was a fortunate thing, lucky for me the store manager sent me a text to see how things were going. I told him about the situation and he said he would help. Sadly it was his day off so he was going to let me agent know so they could communicate with me. A whole week pass I went from being told I was going to receive the second key to the car the next day to today when they told me they just didn’t have the necessary things to program a key but that next week on Thursday they should be able to provide me the second key. Needless to say not happy with the service give and it’s only been a week since I got the car. The car otherwise is great. But I wish the dealership would’ve been a little bit more honest when it comes to the handling of things. Or maybe have their agents call and have a conversation with the customer so they can answer question instead of only sending a daily email and making the customer chase around everyone else to get an answer.
