Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I came to Chrysler Dodge Mall of Georgia to repair my 2013 Dodge Ram, there was a lot more engine damage than I anticipated there would be. I got a bad taste in my mouth right away, I don't want a vehicle that has a history of engine trouble. So, I went in the showroom and met Jeff Patrick, who showed me several different types and colors of Dodge Ram trucks. I ended up seeing a burgundy 2015 that I liked, and Jeff went with me for a test drive. I really liked it, but still wasn't sure about getting a new vehicle. I left the store and Jeff called 2 or 3 hours later, and said he got everything worked out if I was interested in getting the 2015 burgundy truck. So, I went back up there and we made the trade from my damaged Ram, to the newer one. Jeff was very professional and helpful through the entire process. And I'm very happy that I made this decision. Jeffrey Patrick is an extraordinary salesman. I put my application in at 3am and received a respond back at 315am. Then we spoke on the phone, gave him my information, about 30 minutes later he called back saying I was approved and how soon could I put up my new ride a Chevrolet Trac LTE. Excellent job!!!

Nice fast and easy. Test drive went great, and was also getting info of the car as I was driving. My sales consultant Jeffery Patrick was perfect and ahead of the game with any question I had for him. I recommend anybody to go to this specific car dealer.

I went in for an oil change and a detail. They gave me my car back half detailed and 2 cracked headlights. The owner refused to replace my headlights in which they cracked. The owner is very rude and disrespectful and sure don't care about his customers.I called the police to the dealership to make a report. When I left I took my car straight to the dodge dealership on hwy 120 and had my car checked out. I was told the buford dodge dealership sprayed some chemicals on my headlights which caused them to crack and they gave me a price of $2,443.90 to replace my lights. Please save yourself a headache and go to dodge on pleasant hill rd or the one on hwy 120 which have very experienced worker's and not hiring anybody off the streets xxxxxxx up your cars.
